Cloud Nine Wide Iron

Decided to try the Cloud Nine wide iron straighteners after having them used on my hair by my local hairdresser. Really happy with them, they straighten my hair so much easier than my previous straighteners (from another brand) and hair stays straighter longer. Great to have variable heat settings and wide irons are ideal for my longer, thicker hair.

Great straighteners. I have long, thick quite frizzy hair and find the wide iron version brilliant. Always used ghd but wasn’t happy with having to go over certain areas each day especially underneath as that’s where it’s most frizzy but with the cloud nines I straighten after washing and my hair stays straight and smooth until I next wash my hair (3 days) Amazing, best purchase of the year very happy

This is the best straightener I’ve ever owned! I got mine honestly about 10 years ago and it still works as good as the day I got it. Its quality is unreal. It leaves my hair straight for days and even makes my hair softer. You can choose the temperature you prefer and is perfect for all hair types. Will never buy another brand again

I upgraded my straighteners about 3 years ago now to these cloud nine ones. And I honestly love them!! I used to have GHD’s that I felt dragged though my hair as the plates got older. The cloud nines glide through my hair just as smoothly now as they did on day one. They are by far the best straighteners I have ever used. I loved them that much I got the curling wand to. If you are looking for a new set of straighteners…. You have to get these.

My hair is incredibly thick and fairly long and it always takes me such a long time to straighten my hair using different hair straighteners in the past. These cloud nine straighteners have a wide iron plate which truly does help to style thick and unruly hair like mine. They heat up immediately, and I love that I can control the temperature and get it incredibly hot so that you only need to go over your hair once to achieve a straight and sleek look. The plates are great for creating sleek and straight locks to even being able to successfully create waves and curls. The straighteners are really easy to use. They have a long cord and if you do happen to ever leave it on by accident, they have a 30 minute hibernation mode so they will turn off by themselves. This lovely gift set came with a lovely patterned bag and I would thoroughly recommend the straighteners to anyone. 

Absolutely brilliant!

Honestly I never write reviews, I have always been a GHD girl, but mine broke last Tuesday morning (with only 20 minutes left to get ready) so I thought I would give Cloud Nine ago, I had heard good things and the reviews were good! Honestly these are brilliant! They straighten your hair so quickly, leaves it smooth, zero frizz, and my hairs look so glossy! Officially a Cloud Nine girl and never turning back!

Great straighteners

I didn’t know whether to buy GHD or Cloud nine as I have had GHDs for many years. The plates broke on my wide set so I thought I’d try the Cloud Nines. They are marvellous and do not snag my hair whatsoever, which my GHDs sometimes did. These are really good. (I have bought other cheaper brands too but feel they aren’t up to par.

Hagrid Hair Has Left The Building!

This is the third straightener I've had over the past 15 years; the other two have been fine (Nicky Clarke and an original GHD) but I've always had to go over my hair a few times in order to iron out the kinks, as it were, and to be honest, even when brand new, neither made my hair completely straight. And it would take quite a while. Obviously, as they've become more aged, they've become less efficient, so I recently decided to replace them.Enter the wide iron.My hair is very thick, very curly, and comes down to the base of my spine. Left to its own devices, it makes Hagrid's look pretty slick and debonair... so when I say that not only does this Cloud Nine Wide Iron remove all traces of curl on the first go but also that it lasts for a good couple of days, you can take it as read that I am suitably impressed with it!And I've not had to put it on the highest heat setting either.I really like that it comes with a pouch - I travel a lot, so it comes in very handy, and I can also fit a bottle of heat protector spray in there too, along with a wide-toothed comb, and a couple of crocodile clips too. I also like the 'muzzle' which keeps it all nice and compact when not in use.If there are any downsides to this iron, I've not come across them yet; thus far, I am very happy with my purchase.

Wow! Where have these been all my life! I’ve been using another popular brand of straighteners for 20+ years, and first time trying these! They are lovely to use, smooth, no snagging of hair and the straightening really lasts as they are not frying your hair in the process & causing more frizz!! Takes me half the time to achieve an even better result! I’m converted! Worth every penny!
