Bed frame is well built and sturdy. It is nice but it was much more cream in colour than I was expecting. Organising delivery through the company was quite tedious - they are slow to respond and don’t communicate very effectively with the buyer and deliverers.

Bed lasted less than 12 months before the screws started stripping from the useless little brackets provided. Replaced brackets with bigger from Bunnings and it still moves and squeaks

The bed quality looks good however our experience to date is poor as the bed had many manufacturing faults. clearly no QA system before it was packaged and left their production. Still waiting on replacement and uplift. I will say that the customer service staff have been very professional and helpful. The bed it self does seem like it will be very nice once we get one we can assemble.
The whole experience with early settlers was bad. First of the bed we ordered never came instead a bed came that was floor stock. Damged and worn, we got offered a $50 gift voucher for this messup.Now 4 year into having the bed and it’s falling apart. Its so unstable, wobbly and creaky my husband and I are tightening bolts almost weekly.
