This richly flavoured honey has been sourced from select international honeys and then expertly blended with delicious, delicate Australian honey. Enjoy it as a sweetener on cereals, in your favourite drinks or spread on toast. This pure honey will naturally crystallise over time. This has no effect on the honey other than to change its colour and texture. If crystallisation does occur, simply stand the bottle in hot water to clear.

Just 10% local ingredients. I've never tried this brand before. The bright green label makes it very easy to spot on the shelves375 grams $4. 50While the front of the label is very easy to read, I find the rest of the label at the two sides way too small to read!Probably aesthetically it would be less appealing, but bigger fonts would make it much easier to read without having to rely on the phone to zoom in and read. As in the label they talk about "Australian honey" I was actually quite disappointed to read that this honey is packed in Australia from "at least 10% Australian ingredients". The seal goes to the bin. Serving size is 15 grams. 25 servings per bottle. 100% real honeyThe seal is easy to detach. Nice dark colour, a little runny consistency, the taste is quite good, even just to eat it directly from the spoon. The squeeze and twist bottle is definitely handy. A good addition to the breakfast table. I tried it on my Microwave berry treat using fresh peaches instead of frozen blackberries. It adds a nice extra flavour. I also squeezed it on salmon before baking it in the oven. You can add it to smoothies, to your yogurt... and so much more. I don't think I'd buy this product again though, as I don't think it scores good on value for money. And further I buy a 100% WA owned and grown honey and I am happy with that. The taste is a little stronger and t's cheaper too. Thanks for the possibility to sample this product!

Poor Labelling Doesn't Invite Trust. This was easy to find on the shelf and in a bottle with an attractive label. The price is good and a little cheaper than similar sized products. The convenience of a squeeze bottle is a bonus. I like that the packaging is nearly all recyclable and it appears to contain pure honey and nothing else. While it's packed in Australia the big disappointment is that it only has 10% Australian honey and is mixed with other international honey. While I don't mind this if it's from the right countries I would prefer to know the exact countries of the honey. There has been news of Asian honey being imported into various countries that is tainted with illegal antibiotics and heavy metals. While I'd hope Cloverdale would source theirs from reputable companies and know the exact origin and quality, not stating the source/country does not give me great confidence. I'm not a big honey person - only really use it in cooking - but other members of the family like it on bread or toast so this is often on my shopping list. I only had a small taste direct from the bottle. It was easy to dispense but I found the flavour to be too strong for my palate. It also left some excess on the tip of the pouring section which means it will attract ants in summer. I'd prefer a proper closure where there is no residue left behind. Hubby liked it and didn't really notice much difference from other honeys he regularly eats. I probably won't buy this again unless the company can clearly label it's sources and assure me and other customers that this product is completely natural and from a trusted and reliable source. While I try to source cheaper products wherever possible, cheap and convenient doesn't outweigh quality and safety for my household with regards this product.

An opportunity to review. I chose to try this in order to review it. In short, I am very disappointed. The label is impossible to read, very small print, white type on pale green background. I'll have Australian honey thanks. Not a very good honey in terms of taste and thickness. Cloverdale honey is rather bland and runny. As I buy Australian or New Zealand honey this imported and blended honey being 10% Australian product does not compare. Importing foreign honey is unsustainable practice that supermarkets should look at changing. The convenience of the squeeze bottle doesn't factor into my review, when you can buy Australian honey in this presentation or after buying your own squeeze bottle fill it up with Australian honey from the container you bought. I won't repurchase as it is a disappointment. It might be an idea for the supplier and manufacturer to be audited as well as the honey analysed to determine the amount of honey in the product and that ... MoreI'll have Australian honey thanks. I am not sure of the benefit of the seal. Perhaps a better designed bottle would eliminate the need for an extra seal. - Personally I prefer honey that has been stored in glass, not plastic- The honey squeezed out easily and the lid reclosed easily without leaving a sticky mess on the outside. - I did not enjoy the flavour of this honey. It tasted kind of fake. I know fake is a strange word to use but perhaps the multiple blending of different honeys spoiled the flavour instead of enhancing it. - The Australian honey industry is large, but many of the beekeepers are struggling a little atm due to a pest which is invading some hives and because of a lack of customers. Why this product saw the need to substitute around 90% of the honey with imported honey leaves me a bit baffled. Overall:- Didn't enjoy the flavour- Didn't like the need for an extra seal on the bottle- Didn't like the fact there is so little Australian honey in the bottle. - For the price, just not worth buying it again. * Not a winner for me unfortunately
Honey less runner. With so many honey brands on the market it is difficult to choose sometimes what is best for our taste palette and body machine. This sample of honey was found below the major brands but with a cheap looking label was difficult to pinpoint. As we are all budgeting thought the price was reasonable at around $4. 50 for 375g but you always pay more for quality!! Only 10% of Australian ingredients used which was a downer and unsatisfactory in my books but the twisted opening was convenient and preferred way opening than most dispensers on honey. Unfortunately I would not buy this product again and will stick with my other brand but thank the bunch team for allowing me to sample a product new to my tastebuds. ‍♂️
Excellent product. I don't claim to be an expert when it comes to honey and I don't buy it that often. When I do it's always a named brand and I mostly enjoy it on toast for breakfast which is how I tried this sample. Yum. This is very good honey. As it is one of the cheapest regular honeys on the shelf I expected it to be bitter and runny but it was neither. It has a lovely mild flavour and the consistency is exactly the same as I'm used to with the named brand. It comes packaged in an easy to squeeze plastic bottle and the nozzle opened and closed easily with no drip. The country where a product is made and/or packed has become more important to me, and this is packed in Australia, so that's why I give it the full 5 stars. Added to that, I am rating the product for what it is not what it could be (100% Australian honey). There's plenty of 100% Australian honey on the shelves. This product offers customers a choice be it a taste they prefer or a price they can afford and, for the quality at the price, this honey can't be beat. Highly recommended.
Runny Honey. I have no idea what star rating to give this. The writing is miniscule so reading any information on the sides of the bottle is a challenge and my eye sight is excellent. Easy to read, "Cloverdale, Tasty & Sweet, Pure Honey, Made by Nature. "Not so easy to read, "Packed in Australia from at least 10% Australian ingredients. " This is NOT a typing error - I am stunned - 10%. I think Cloverdale is Australian and this percentage of Australian ingredients, or lack of, saddens me greatly. The honey is very, very runny making it necessary to use more than I would normally as it sinks quickly into toast and lessens the flavour. It pours easily from the twist top bottle and the flavour is acceptable. There is no way I would buy this with only 10% Australian ... MoreRunny Honey. I have no idea what star rating to give this. Not for me. I like honey a lot, but to me this is a poor example. The impact of importing this product is pretty silly, and seems completely unnecessary and unsustainable. While there may be "delicious, delicate Australian honey" hidden somewhere in the blend, this is vastly overshadowed by the imported bulk (up to 90%). which doesn't taste like much, and clearly isn't up to the quality of most domestic products. IMO you'd be better off blending your own mix of 100% Australian honey and something else if cost is a big barrier for you in a particular application. I'll be doing myself a favour and sticking to 100% Australian honey (Beechworth is very close in unit price anyway). Recommend others do the same. It's fine. When I got this to sample for free, got very excited as we love honey to put on our coffees/teas/oats. For the actual price, it's not too bad but got very disappointed to know that even it's packed in Australia, it's 90% from somewhere else. Why would we import honey if we got good honey farmers in the market. We produce one of the best tasting honey as well - those Bush/Marri/Jarrah/Red Gum really tastes good. As for the taste, it is okay - nothing special in it. It's just like the regular bush honey. Good thing with it is it doesn't turn into some sort of hard sugar when left in the cupboard for a while. I guess, it's okay to try and thanks Woolworths for the free sample, but in the end, I will still choose to buy local honey to support the industry.
