I have used other co2 systems before but this is the first time I used a co2 art regulator.Very sturdy, looks and feels premium. The flow adjustment can be very finely adjusted. I'm used to literally rotate the dial one degree only to see double the bubbles per second. With this regulator you can just rotate the dial without being super careful and u get the result u need.No leaks first time. No fluctuations. The solenoid is dc so makes no noise whatsoever. So it's literally perfect. Also the customer service is second to none.

First of All, customer service is a 5-stars experience! They will ask you for your setup, not only sell a product. I even sent pictures of my current setup and explained my aquarium requirements. I was recommended the PRO-SE Series - Aquarium CO2 Dual Stage Regulator with Integrated Solenoid and added extra CO2 line to set everything new. Arrived super quickly and was extremely easy to install. I set it and it has been working like a Swiss clock since then. No more adjustments, no more guessing and no more checkings!! Extremely glad with our purchase! I have it connected to our Neptune Apex aquarium controller for extra safety. However, it has been so constant that the controller hasn't had to turn the solenoid off so far. That's how great it has been ... MoreFirst of All, customer service is a 5-stars experience! Ok… I had a bad experience with another brand so I was not going to mess around. I wanted what the competition aquascapers use, and it’s more affordable than I though it would be. It stays where I put it! The solenoid is strong enough to turn off! I like the o-ring instead of the nylon washer! The 5 year warranty leaves me feeling secure! Turning the working pressure up a little more eliminated the variability I believe was caused by the resistance of the diffuser, and now it holds very steady! If there was one thing I’d change: I would make the needle valve knob bigger so you can have even finer control with smaller movements… but it’s not bad as it is, just a little bit of back and forth until I got the bps I want (I actually use a metronome app so I can do bpm ... MoreOk… I had a bad experience with another brand so I was not going to mess around. I think bpm allows for better experimentation of how much CO2 you need. Cause this thing really does have fine control, if you want 91 bpm rather than 90, you can do that. The needle valve is very smooth. The other brand I tried had a sticky needle valve and was horrible. If I’m at the fish store and I hear someone asking about CO2, I will tell them, trust me, go with CO2 Art and save yourself some trouble!

Having bought pretty much everything else including plants, I went for your regulator partly because of the advertised 1-2 days despatch time & also because of its many decent reviews. After 9 days I’d still not received it or any correspondence apologising for its lateness so I emailed to see what was going on. I received it finally after 16 days. Setup was self explanatory but discovered that the working pressure would not go above 12 PSI with the valve fully open. After another email I was told that I needed to peel back the sticker on the working valve & I would see a tiny hole for an Allen key to adjust it. I’ve still not attempted this yet or bought the necessary Allen keys but feel that this whole process could have been a whole lot better. You can tell that this regulator is well built and very sturdy. Everything was easy to setup and learn to use. I did my setup with a Sodastream tank and the adapter was perfect too. My only issue was that the regulator/Sodastream setup is very top heavy and requires a base or to be secured down. I bought one on Etsy but it would be nice if CO2art sold them. I also would have liked thorough instructions but because there was some guessing. But if I’m just reviewing the actual regulator, it is great so far.
The SE series regulator is great and I cannot fault it I prefer it 100% over the JBL product. However I cannot say the same for the inline diffuser - I originally bought the online diffuser as I wanted to see less bubbles in the tank so that I would get a clearer look. Once I installed the online diffuser with the working pressure at 40 and 2 bubbles per second I struggled to see an increase of co2 within the tank (the co2 indicator stayed blue) The tank was also filled with a huge plume of micro bubbles making it fairly hard to see into the tank clearly. I spoke with someone from the customer services team but it was made clear that this is the way that the tank would look. (Your customer services is great btw) now this is t the look I am going for and so I did ... MoreThe SE series regulator is great and I cannot fault it I prefer it 100% over the JBL product. (Your customer services is great btw) now this is t the look I am going for and so I did purchase the EDA in tank diffuser and can confirm that I prefer this product much better than the online diffuser and I can actually see an increase in the co2 levels within a couple of hours. Perhaps my online diffuser was dodgy I am not sure but what I am sure of is that the EDA diffuser was a lot more efficient and produced a lot less micro bubbles.
It took me about an hour to set up the regulator to my CO2 cylinder and splice the atomizer to my filter tube. After about 10 hours I started seeing my indicator liquid turn green. So far, it all seems very stable. Very pleased I went with a reputable brand vs something cheap on Amazon. However - please update the user manual/video! Because there is an o-ring inside the regulator connection, there is no need for a nylon washer. Spent 20min at HD searching for a washer that wasn’t required.Otherwise, my aquatic plants and I are very happy
Purchased the Pro-SE Series Aquarium CO2 Dual Stage Regulator kit with the 16/22 Inline CO2 Atomizer Diffuser. It included everything I needed for the CO2 system. I connected this to my Fluval 406 cannister filter. In order to connect the inline diffuser to the rigid hose on the cannister, I purchased a set of 3/406 Rubber Adapters, removed the nuts on the diffuser and slid the adapters up flush with the diffuser chamber and it worked great. Leaving the nuts on or trying to use hose clamps created a very slight leak. Overall very happy with the system and if I need another CO2 system, would definitely purchase again. I had contacted CO2 Art support to ask about connecting the inline diffuser to a Fluval cannister because of the rigid hose. They were very helpful, provided a solution someone else did, and cautioned that the connections might leak and if I didn't want to engineer a solution, would probably be better with intank diffuser. Couldn't have asked for better advice, resources, and communication to make sure I understood what I needed and possible complications.
Being fairly new in the planted tank hobby and I originally purchased a cheap regulator off of a popular site. I didn't realize at the time it didn't properly regulate the gas and in turn ended causing a lot of problems since I had to pretty much guess the co2 level output. After a few months of frustration I finally decided to invest in a better regulator. Well I gotta say I'm very pleased. First off with how fast I received my order. Secondly, once I opened the box I could see how much better this one is made. Once I installed it I was shocked to see IT ACTUALLY DOES WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO DO!! AND REGULATES THE OUTPUT... It took no time at all to dial it in and since then I haven't had to make any further adjustments. Thanks for selling a quality product that works ... MoreBeing fairly new in the planted tank hobby and I originally purchased a cheap regulator off of a popular site. Needless to say I highly recommend getting quality lighting and a quality regulator like the one from CO2 art. You may be tempted to go the cheap route but trust me you'll end up saving yourself money and headaches in the long run .
Never got a single bubble of flow out of the diffuser. Instantly clogged. P.O.S.I feel like this company banks on you bundling and buying a lot of unnecessary products you don’t need.U-shape guide piece didn’t fit my tank (even though I measured and it said it would)It’s pointless anyway why is that even a thing. Just use suction cups. The hosing is wayyyy too short. For anything. For any decent sized tank above 30-40 gallons you will need a different brand. Luckily I had some spare hose lying around. The actual solenoid and regulator work...So that’s a plus I suppose. The main product serves its function is the best compliment I can give them.So just buy that and get all the other accessories from another company.Because they clearly phoned-in everything ... MoreNever got a single bubble of flow out of the diffuser.
