Coach Brooklyn Shoulder Bag 28 Black One Size

The Dark lime is such a bright, beautiful shade of green and in the smaller size 28 is just perfect for my 5”2/110 lb frame. I went into to the store to try on both the 28 and the 39 and the 39 was so large it went from my shoulder all the way down to mid thigh! It is better suited proportion wise to much taller people or good for travel or work. The 28 fits more than bare essentials such as a full size wallet, sunglasses case and cosmetic pouch plus extras and I love the long strap drop. The dark lime can be worn as a khaki neutral all year and the strap drop will also be great for Fall and Winter when we wear heavier jackets. This is my first Coach bag in 30 years and I am very happy with this bag. I got the color Maple and I have to say this is exactly what I was looking for in a bag! I needed an everyday bag that could fit the larger essentials (notebook, snacks, phone, wallet, keys, small book, slg's. I LOVE the leather it's extremely luxurious, and carefree. Natural grain is high quality and has a nice lived in look to it. If you are looking for a more structured bag maybe get the Lana as this is different and malleable for a reason (to set it apart from the other shoulder bags). It can slide off the shoulder however stays on better when full. So so pretty paired with the cherry charm!

I love this bag. I wanted a shoulder bag I could use every day and that could fit larger things than the tabby 26. You can honestly dress it down or dress it up. It’s not too big but it’s not too small though I do wish they came out with a medium size since this one doesn’t fit my iPad without sticking out (12.9’) and the 39 is a bit too big on my frame (5’0 and I weigh about 140 for reference). I loved how the 39 folded in more if that makes sense. Since the 28 is smaller it doesn’t fold as much. I love the open pocket and the fact they added a small one the side and the leather feels so nice. Overall I chose the 28 bc it complimented my frame more but they’re both beautiful bags! I can’t wait to see how it wears over time.
