I love the orange color, the size, and the style of this bag. But it was folded and jammed in a 4 inches thickness box (the bag is 5.5 inches in thickness) when it was shipped to me. No protection paper inside and outside. So the leather is bent and has a mark. Because this color was sold out I have no chance to exchange. I deside to keep it but not feeling well and want to get extra discount for this bag. I also bought an iris color of the same style and love it so much. Besides, the zipper on the back side of the bag is hard to open. I believe it has cutting and sewing problems because the same style bag in different colors has the same problem. I want to be reached back by the customer service.

When I ordered this, I actually thought it was a deep rose I would use in February and October. Upon its arrival, I was thrilled to discover it was really more purple--my favorite color!!! It isn't so large that I can overstuff it and make it too heavy--Rheumatoid Arthritis. The handles are thin, but long enough I can toss them over my shoulder. The outside zipper pocket is great for my sunglasses. The inside pockets are perfect for my phone and whatever smalls I want to carry, and there's plenty of room for a wallet, checkbook, and comb (and small umbrella). I love this!

I am not a 'flashy' kinda gal so I have never been a huge fan of Coach purse due to the pattern (coach brand emblem). But this purse - love, love it. I love the tone on tone Coach emblem. Gives it a little something but not flashy. This purse holds everything for me with room to spare. Straps are the perfect length for me. Tucks nicely under my arm if I wear it on my shoulder. Has a zippered outside pocket that is functional and not extremely noticeable so the exterior looks smooth and clean.

I wanted to give my co-teacher an end of year gift but wasn't sure what to get her until we were talking about summer bags and she expressed that she wanted to get a summer bag in a beautiful color. I tricked her into thinking that my daughter was looking for a summer dress for an event and sent her the different colors of this bag (bags were not shown in photos). She was quick in saying that the violet was her favorite color. She was pretty excited when I gave it to her on the last day of school. She quickly transferred her items from her previous bag into this one and walked around showing off her new bag. I was happy that she really liked it.
I rarely have a less than 5 star review of Coach, but this tote s stiff! I like them comfy and able to accommodate things w/o feeling as if I am carrying a box. I have a very similar one from several years ago, with cherries and it was in pebbled leather. This is definitely not the same quality as the one i own. I was going to retire my older one, but its condition is still stellar and it is made better. It was the Coach 1941 line Please bring back the pebbled leather that is soft and able to feel the quality. Pros are he zippered back, the large zip interior and the zip top. Also, length of the straps is perfect for shoulder/under arm area. I have it now filled with stuffing to hopefully remove the cease along the side. It's not enough to return such a lovely bag.The outside zipper is on the opposite side from the Coach label; different than any of my other bags. The outside zipper is difficult to slide due to the material not being cut away enough for a smooth transition. I am hoping it will loosen up as time goes on. The good: I got the dark brown / pine green bag. Large, beautiful bag that holds a lot. I like the zipper pocket inside. Not too heavy. Easy to clean. Fits on my shoulder nicely and it's comfortable to carry around. I have a toddler and it holds my stuff and all of her stuff (snacks, wipes, lovey, etc)The bad: The description of the bag does not match what I received. The inner lining of my gallery tote is pine green in the picture, but I was surprised to see that it was brown instead. The packaging was also poor. it was lightly wrapped in tissue paper and was very loose in the box. The bag wasn't fully stuffed with tissue paper inside so it kind of folded on itself, creating a crease that I cannot fix.
About five years ago my sister gave me a coach canvas bag in gray and black signature print with an outside zipper that she had had for a few years but tired of it. Although I had five smaller coach handbags I always kept going back to that bag. Especially if I was out with my husband which always hands me his keys, wallet and reading glasses to carry. I decided to purchase this bag because it had the same features and size as the old gray and black canvas bag. And of course the adorable horse and carriage design.I love the three inside pockets plus the outside zip pocket. And the fact that it zips closed. All four is a must in my world.

It was well wrapped with tissue paper inside the large box, but it did look like the box had been opened somewhere along it's wayThe tote is quite large, very well made. The leather is textured with what seems to be a (Red) vinyl coating. I can see where the texture will help to protect it and help make cleaning it easy.
