When I received this bag, five months ago, it was stunning. The size of it is perfect for me, the leather is beautiful, the inside is a gorgeous red. Now here we are, five months later, and the outside corners of the bag are showing the red interior coming through. After contacting customer service, the only thing they will do is take my bag for six weeks to repair it. This is not gonna fix the problem. Now I have a bag that's damaged and not because of me. This makes me sad because I have bought Coach bags since as far back as I can remember. At least Michael Kors stands behind their product. Coach used to.

I've wanted a Mollie Tote for quite some time, so when they went on sale at a price I could NOT pass up, I purchased one in red. In the display photo, the bag looked closer to a wine-red; upon unboxing though, it's almost a deep orange-red, a burnt-red. And i absolutely love it! I don't have a bag in THIS color, and I much prefer it to the burgundy or wine-color! It's just beautiful; large, too, with a middle zippered section for my wallet. I saw the measurements, so I'm not sure why I expected it to be just a tad larger. I adore a HUGE bag, and I only carry BIG purses, so there's a teeny, tiny, microscopic flicker of disappointment regarding that. But it's still a 5-star bag, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

Inside, my MacBook Pro 13, Coach Pencil case with pens and makeup brushes, Coach mini zip wallet with chain, planner and foundation powder. Everything I need for the office.But now, after just two months, the thread on this beauty is coming apart on both ends of the bag near the zipper. If using specifically to carry a laptop, I don't think it'll hold up long because I see thread coming apart on straps. Disappointed to say the least! I am a huge coach lover and have about ten bags from both the outlet and regular coach stores. I've been satisfied with everything I've ever purchased from Coach but I have to say this tote was a little disappointing. The leather is very stiff which is good for a tote like this as that means it will hold its shape nicely, however I find opening and closing the zipper in the middle compartment extremely difficult. There also seems to be a bit of leather peeling on the side. Overall super disappointed as this bag doesn't hold up to the quality and craftsmanship that I'm used to with Coach products.
This has been my everyday bag since I bought it last summer. The middle zip pocket is perfect for keeping essentials that are on the smaller side while the pockets on either side of that are great for organizing the things you need quicker access to. It has gotten me so many compliments because of how truly versatile it is. I wear it with casual outfits most of the time but still use it as my reliable purse option when going somewhere formal. It's a must have if you have a lot to carry but not enough to justify a full-size tote

PROS: The leather is excellent, as all Coach bags leather is. It is well structured and stands on its own. CONS: The interior structure means I can fit very little into this bag and it is too tall to fit under the seat in front of me on flights. The main reason I purchased this tote was for use as my personal item on flights. My previous tote bag, which had the same dimensions, was a Furla tote. It fit perfectly under the seat in front of me. This bag does not. My Furla leather tote had one large central compartment and two smaller exterior compartments and was roomy enough to hold everything I would need and yet everything was easy to find. For such a large tote, the Mollie tote holds very little and it's heavy to boot.
This tote came with a free leopard print card case that I received first. It arrived in a thick sealed envelope with a cardboard insert, wrapped in paper and sealed in a plastic bag with the classic coach logo. I thought it was very nicely packaged for a free item and made me anticipate the receipt of my Mollie tote even more. 2 days later my tote came and I was severely underwhelmed and disappointed! The tote was literally in a huge cardboard box with no packing material at all, only an invoice. No tissue, no dust bag, nothing to help it retain its shape, no tissue on the straps and no inner box. It was just banging around in this huge battered box and closed up with 2 pieces of tape. Anything could have happened to it.It made me feel like someone sent me a very ... I had to pay for a dust bag, eat the cost of gas ($25 round trip) and was told that I should have been offered 10% or $25 off my next purchase. That didn't happen. I intended to buy at least 5 more bags to finish up my early Christmas shopping but now I'm very skeptical about doing so. It's not a great strategy to make customers feel like you don't care about them, their purchase or their hard earned money and that's exactly how I feel. I've seen knockoff designer bags sent with better care and showmanship. Maybe you should take a page out of their book.
I admit to wanting this bag in pink then settling on white, hoping I could get a small organizer bag to go inside in pink, but it's just not worked out yet. What about having the inner zip pocket in pink? I love the bag but since I'm a functional gal also wish it had one or two more pockets (one on the inside and the other outside). And, I also think the handle length could be more flexible if you added more holes like I am going to have done. I have purchased many of your products at full price and always loved them and the person that stole two of them undoubted liked them too! This is a superb bag for business and also for travel on a plane (which I do VERY often). It is easy to pack all of your business items, including your laptop, and also has a zippered large pocket on the inside to hold those little things you wish to keep tucked away, well, tucked away and safe from falling out. The colour is lovely for fall. Works very well with jeans, a chunky knit sweater and a pair of loafers or you could wear it with a nice blazer, top and dress shoes, just the same. Very versatile. Not sure the colour would translate across all seasons though.
