The Mollie Tote by Coach, perhaps their most popular handbag, is by far my favorite. I have many Coach bags in many different styles and price ranges. But for some reason, I just keep going back to this one. Mainly because it's the perfect size. Not small by any means and not too large. For it's size, it is actually very spacious and allows me to carry all of my basic necessities. The black color matches any outfit and is best for everyday usage. Doesn't stand out too much and doesn't cause a scene, yet it is very beautiful and very stylish without trying too hard.

Beautiful at first

When I received this bag, five months ago, it was stunning. The size of it is perfect for me, the leather is beautiful, the inside is a gorgeous red. Now here we are, five months later, and the outside corners of the bag are showing the red interior coming through. After contacting customer service, the only thing they will do is take my bag for six weeks to repair it. This is not gonna fix the problem. Now I have a bag that's damaged and not because of me. This makes me sad because I have bought Coach bags since as far back as I can remember. At least Michael Kors stands behind their product. Coach used to.

I've wanted a Mollie Tote for quite some time, so when they went on sale at a price I could NOT pass up, I purchased one in red. In the display photo, the bag looked closer to a wine-red; upon unboxing though, it's almost a deep orange-red, a burnt-red. And i absolutely love it! I don't have a bag in THIS color, and I much prefer it to the burgundy or wine-color! It's just beautiful; large, too, with a middle zippered section for my wallet. I saw the measurements, so I'm not sure why I expected it to be just a tad larger. I adore a HUGE bag, and I only carry BIG purses, so there's a teeny, tiny, microscopic flicker of disappointment regarding that. But it's still a 5-star bag, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

Good medium bag

I really liked the denim design and color on this bag, great with jeans & a lot more. Been wanting a bag in this color for a while & when saw in this medium size bag I decided to get it once it went on sale. Didn't disappoint. This bag came packaged very well, unlike my last coach I ordered. Styrofoam padding covering all metal pieces as well as handles, strap and entire bag. Also, was packaged very well in a box. Only 2 cons for me in any bag is no outside pocket for phone and also when middle zipper area is not attached at bottom. Very annoying because items go underneath and don't stay put on each side placed. Otherwise I would actually buy several of this bag in different colors because the size is perfect for me. I was thrilled when she arrived. Black, beautiful with red and burgundy interior. It was my gift to myself for graduating college. I have worn her to work daily. Inside, my MacBook Pro 13, Coach Pencil case with pens and makeup brushes, Coach mini zip wallet with chain, planner and foundation powder. Everything I need for the office.But now, after just two months, the thread on this beauty is coming apart on both ends of the bag near the zipper. If using specifically to carry a laptop, I don't think it'll hold up long because I see thread coming apart on straps. Disappointed to say the least! I just knew, like my other Coach bags, it would last for years. My MK tote sized perfectly for the same laptop, held up for 4.5 years. Mediocre plastic product, noisy and will not close

This bag requires structural changes to make it work. It is not really jacquard or cloth (ignore what the description says) but a combination of recycled cloth and plastic. There's a tag on the purse bragging about this. Because of the plastic it gapes open at the top even when empty. The zipper compartment meant to protect your wallet, is a flat pouch in the middle of the purse. This means your wallet will not actually fit in it. There are no pockets for your phone or keys. Because of the plastic material, it will be very difficult to sew on any kind of latch, zipper, flap, magnet, or mechanism to close the purse.There's a problem with plastic: it's noisy. It will take several hours.I thought I was buying a wardrobe item but in reality it's just one more chore and the end result still might not work because of how hard it is to sew pockets, liners, and closures onto plastic. I do have to applaud Coach for achieving the perfect storm of design failure: total absence of several necessary features AND materials that make the design flaws very difficult to correct.I will see what I can do with a glue gun. Before this purse can be usable it needs a phone pocket, a key pocket, a means to keep it closed instead of gaping open to attract every pickpocket in town, and some kind of liner to keep the noisy rattling under control.

I ordered this handbag in the color "Gold/Taffy". It is an absolutely STUNNING bag! The shipping was fast and my bag was well protected from any possible damage that could've occurred during shipping. I love, love, love the middle zipped pocket. It is perfect as I keep my cards and cash in there (in a COACH wallet of course). Then the two sides (which are separated by the zipped pocket) are perfect for my bigger items. I keep my wallet, water bottle, keys, lotion, hand sanitizer, and lip gloss in there and still have PLENTY of room for other items, if they are needed for the day. Like I said the color is beautiful; it's the most perfect pink color. This tote came with a free leopard print card case that I received first. It arrived in a thick sealed envelope with a cardboard insert, wrapped in paper and sealed in a plastic bag with the classic coach logo. I thought it was very nicely packaged for a free item and made me anticipate the receipt of my Mollie tote even more. 2 days later my tote came and I was severely underwhelmed and disappointed! The tote was literally in a huge cardboard box with no packing material at all, only an invoice. No tissue, no dust bag, nothing to help it retain its shape, no tissue on the straps and no inner box. It was just banging around in this huge battered box and closed up with 2 pieces of tape. I had to pay for a dust bag, eat the cost of gas ($25 round trip) and was told that I should have been offered 10% or $25 off my next purchase. That didn't happen. I intended to buy at least 5 more bags to finish up my early Christmas shopping but now I'm very skeptical about doing so. It's not a great strategy to make customers feel like you don't care about them, their purchase or their hard earned money and that's exactly how I feel. I've seen knockoff designer bags sent with better care and showmanship. Maybe you should take a page out of their book.

I admit to wanting this bag in pink then settling on white, hoping I could get a small organizer bag to go inside in pink, but it's just not worked out yet. What about having the inner zip pocket in pink? I love the bag but since I'm a functional gal also wish it had one or two more pockets (one on the inside and the other outside). And, I also think the handle length could be more flexible if you added more holes like I am going to have done. I have purchased many of your products at full price and always loved them and the person that stole two of them undoubted liked them too!
