I use it every time when cooking a roast. Meat & veg for 2 fit perfectly. Will probably use it to raise the pizza stone too when I get around to using it.

A great addition to my Cobb cooker. A succulent juicy roast pork cooked on as little as six heat beads. I live on my own and dont like cooking inside. Ill be looking for more additions to my Cobb cooker from this merchant.

I use my roasting rack for 90% of what I cook on the Cobb, whether it be roasting, baking or casseroles (I use a 2 quart camp oven on top of this as it fits perfectly inside, top hint!). It's not really optional as an accessory for the Cobb, should be included in the standard kit.
