Not being able to have onion or garlic, I use this oil several times a week to help add flavour to my meals. I substitute this oil for regular olive oil in any recipe that has garlic in it provided the recipe doesn't have a massive garlic content.

This garlic oil is absolutely the worst thing ever for my guts. It makes me explode violently every single time I have used it. I thought it must have been a different ingredient, but no, I have tried it many times with no other upsetting foods and every time it’s dynamite.
