This is a beautiful Olive Oil. It is smooth yet it has a bite to it. The smell is very inviting. I used this with garlic and put it on Garbanzo Beans for a snack. I sautéed non coated shrimp in it. The best way to use Colavita olive Oil is as a dip for bread. I added a bit of salt and pepper, a dollop of pest and roasted red pepper tapenade. Holy cow! it was delicious!
