This sleeping bag is adorable. I purchased it for my daughter and she loves to see the glowing bugs- and crawl in and out of it. This sleeping bag is easy to set up and put away: it pulls easily out of the bag, and rolls up easily using button tabs and loops, and ties to keep it secure when storing. I think my favorite part is that the storage bag has plenty of room to put away the sleeping bag without it being a fight ;) So far, this has kept her warm true to the Coleman expectation. Great product; highly recommend!

Bought this sleeping bag for my daughters sleep over. She chose this one because it is suppose to glow, but it does not. We left it out all day in the sunlight and tried under inside lights. She was very disappointed it does not glow. Comfortable material, love the zipper that doesn't get stuck on the material.

The main reason I bought this was for the Glow in the Dark feature. But nothing glows. Even opened it up and let it “charge” in the sun. Nope still nothing. I even looked up reviews on numerous sites trying to figure out what us supposed to hlow since the product does not hsve even one photo snywhere showing it glowing. All reviews I read complain of it not glowing. If I knew that ahead of time I would have purchased a different coleman sleeping bag.Other than that it’s not a bad sleeping bag for a kid. I had no problem folding it back up correctly and I liked the ties versus the elastic bands that are never that strong anyways. And I got in the bag no harder than putting a pillow in a pillow case. Just like others who gave negative reviews on the bag itself. It’s true the bag it’s really tight fit so you won’t be able to roll them up with ease. Luckily I watched snowys video on stuffing the bag instead. Way easier but still a really tight fit just enough space. By the feel of it I think this is a good purchase because my toddler can grow into to it until she grows up as it has a a lot of room and can fit an adult inside. The material is really good but the tie up strings are not necessary and just in the way (annoying) since you can’t roll it up anyways.
My daughter loves this sleeping bag, seems to be sturdy and soft. But we haven’t used it outdoors yet. The other reviews state it doesn’t glow, we found the two decals on the solid side (one is the Coleman logo, the other is the firefly) that are glow in the dark but even after “charging” the glow is very faint. So don’t get this bag for the glow in the dark feature, it’s fine otherwise.
This is a summer camp sleeping bag for my 7yr old son. I purchased based on the previous reviews. It should last him a couple of summers. I love the pattern, colour and the fact that it opens up completely for those hotter nights.Happy with my purchase!
Shipping was very fast and the bag came just in time for a snow storm so the tent could be put up in the basement for some i door fun. Seems to be well made and really like it has fasteners on the sides so the young ones can roll it up without much trouble.Only down side is the glow in the dark aspect. It isnt as good ad I hoped and would only deduct a half star for it. Kids dont care though. Its great.
My 5yo DD loves this bag and has slept in her own bed in it for a week now. The pink colour and the glow in the dark pattern she loves. Me, well not so much as, I'm the unlucky dad who has to try and somehow get this thing back into it's bag. It's a task almost nigh impossible and when you eventually get it into the bag, it resembles Homer Simpson's pants after an all you can eat buffet. I suspect that I will be making a warranty claim sometime in the near future when the bag splits. Judging by the other comments, this is clearly a known defect by Colman and therefore won't be too hard to prove.
These were Christmas presents for six of our grandchildren. Two of them used them immediately for two nights on grandma's floor, and continued using them as they went to the other side of the family to sleep on the floor. The "glow-in-the dark" bugs were an over-the-top addition!However, I did notice that a tag (zipper area) had pulled off after the first night's use, and I don't think that was from abuse but rather a lack of reinforcement stitching.Outside? Don't know; we will have to wait several months for 45 degree night time weather to try that.
My one, four and 7 year old love them! My four and seven your old girls used them the first time camping on a weekend and when we got home they demanded to use the sleeping bag for their beds at home because they glow in the dark! We no longer use a night light in their room and they love sleeping with the glow worms as their blanket!
