Love the size, weight, material & construction of this griddle. Perfect for our stove and family of four . . .BUT we just packed it new in the box before we left for camping, and discovered too late that the griddle surface was anything but smooth and conducive to trouble-free cooking. Too late to return it now, so we'll live with it. But we expected better (too much?) of a Coleman product.

Perfect for what we needed it for. Having tge grease cup is added bonus. And that it can stay in our cooker. Just needed to rearrange things and all fitted inside perfectly. Would highly recommend and worth the price.

Griddle looks great - not sure about the grease cup seems to hang on side but not very firmly. Have not used it yet remains to be seen how effective it is.

Purchased this to use with my Coleman FyreCadet stove (which I do not recommend) and after forgetting to bring it on last years camping trip, was excited to give it a shot for early morning pancakes. Well after lighting up the stove, seconds later it popped, and cracked down the center on the right side. Didn’t even have a chance to pour the pancake batter.
This thing turns your stove to a great BBQ. Must have if you have the stove. No complaints, and the grease cup is helpful as well.
Great product. Must gently warm it first but excellent. Cooks evenly once heated and provides fast cooking times. Easy to clean turns Hyperflame into bbq instantly
It is not bad. Meat sticks to the surface very easily. It makes it of limited use, although not sure if poor design or simply the way these things work.
Used the plate during our last camping trip. Only a couple of issues...: 1. One has to set up the cooker/stand perfectly such that the cooking juices actually flow towards the grease cup. Given the non-adjustability of typical stove stands and the vagaries of camp sites, it is virtually impossible! That renders the grease cup useless. 2. The surface of the plate looks as if it's been seasoned - but it's not (or at least not very well). It's rather difficult to clean... Seasoning it myself is not an option as the plate is too big for our ovens.
We bought one of these a couple of weeks ago and used it on the weekend but unfortunately the second time we cooked on it a crack appeared. Before the crack it cooked really well across the entire plate and my family were impressed that I could fit enough bacon and eggs for everyone on it at the same time. Fortunately BCF had amazing customer service and have given us a replacement. Fingers crossed that this one doesn't crack.
Seems to have a coating on it which would preclude seasoning with oil but this is not specified anywhere in literature. I'm going ahead without seasoning but looking forward to using it.
