The light seem to be ok build quality and works ok. It had been nice with a frosted glass on it for better light distribution. Its typically American, heavy and everything is built with brute force instead of with design and finesse. But it seem to work ok. Very expensive

These are easier to put on than the Coleman ones and seem to be brighter. They are probably made with a different material, but they are A++++++++++++
These are very good mantels that perform just like the originals and if anything they are not as fragile after they have been used a few times.
They are way better than the oem coleman mantels by far

My Coleman Northstar after all these years of its fair number of storms and punch ups with rocks was heading for the Lantern Patch in the sky. Then I saw the electronic ignitor from Angling Direct and thougth I'd see if it could be revived. After a little spruce and inserting the ingitor we're back on the battle field - well the beech anyway. Excellent.
Produces a graet deal of light. Easy to set up.
