As I have osteo-arthritis in my knees and hands I need extra collagen to build up my muscles . This product is a good source of protein and I have it with my cereal or porridge for breakfast . Keeps you full for longer too !

Onto my third batch definitely feeling a difference, certain aches and pains are lessening and feeling more awake and ready to go. My partner has also seen that it is working for me and has started taking it himself. The taste is very minimal so doesn't make a difference if you put it in your tea or coffee or juice.Thanks great product!

Have been using the collagen build for more than a year and have noticed huge improvements in my overall muscle strength. I’ve noticed that post workouts I don’t get easily fatigued and really helps with recovery. Highly recommend!!!

I've been using this for 6 weeks. I normally take the Beauty formula which is AMAZING. That one makes a huge difference to my skin (all fine lines disappear, my skin glows and I never get any breakouts) and I've really noticed a difference now I've been off it for 6 weeks so I'm going back to it. The Body formula does nothing for skin. I can only assume it's helping internally but who knows? I don't feel any better on it like I do with the Beauty formula.
I have been having this in my morning coffee and have noticed many benefits, and I’m only halfway through my first tin! I purchased this to help with workout recovery and it’s definitely helped with that. I am a lot less sore after a big workout, despite increasing the intensity of the workouts. Secondly, I have seen improvements to my gut health (a lot less bloated) and my skin ha a healthy glow with my fine lines a lot less noticeable! I am sure I am not the only one that has woken up the morning after a tough workout and not being able to move. This was me!!! I started seeing people talk about how great this product is on Instagram. After a few more enough workouts and sore muscles I gave in and ordered some. I can’t live without the collagen now. I’ve been taking it for nearly a year on the advice of a naturopath to help with joint issues. For a little while, I came off it, thinking I’d be fine but noticed a difference in how my knees felt - I just felt a little less strong. Thinking all collagens were equal, I also swapped brand once - and what a waste. I now am a fan and are branching out to other forms of this product. No issues with bloating or how I can use it.
