001 Blue- Colour Royale

I add this blue to my blue black mixture to create a very intense blue black result! I naturally have red pigmentation throughout my hair so colouring my hair straight black doesn't achieve the result I'm after. If your someone like me that wants the deepest black with strong blue undertones when in direct sun light, then this option is for you. You wont be disappointed. It definitely deepens blue black dye.

I have medium/dark brown hair nsturally and usually use a 6 with a 1.5 developer, and the assistant recommended I try a 6.0 for a more vibrant colour. I coloured my hair and it did not colour my greys at all, and has a pretty vibrant orange/copper highlight in the sun. I thought I hadn't left it on long enough so I spot dyed the greys a second time and it only coloured them ever so slightly. Not sure where it went wrong, but ill be reverting back to a 6 next time.

Colour Royale Professional Hair Colour Conditioning Creme no.4 - Brown provides true to colour results and the colour lasts for a decent amount of time before fading. While using this product it also repairs and nourishes the hair strands, leaving hair soft, shiny and healthy looking. However, as with any hair dye product, it's important to perform a patch test and use with caution to avoid potential side effects.Overall, the Colour Royal Professional Hair Colour Conditioning Creme is a product worth considering for anyone looking to switch up their hair colour while also nourishing their strands.

Excellent for colouring those stubborn grey hair
27 August 2022

Best product for colouring the most stubborn of grey hairs around ears and face in particular. No packet dyes have been successfully at these little stray greys so love this brand. I find that to get this result I leave this product on longer and always but a colour lighter as light brown becomes almost black/dark brown when left on long enough for stubborn grey hairs

Good product, expensive for the size
6 October 2022

This is a good product and I've had it recommended by a salon for at-home colour. However, I find it very expensive considering the size of the tube. I also feel the tube should be redesigned to make it easier to get the product out of it. (These tubes just seem to bend and twist and it's just me, but shouldn't they easily squirt the product out since that's what they are designed for?)By the way, my comment about stingy product size applies to just about all Australian hair products. Why is it always necessarily to buy DOUBLE the recommended amount (for example, two boxes of semi-permanent colour to cover ONE head of ordinary hair)? We know it's so the manufacturer can make more money. We know it's so the manufacturer can make more money. At least provide the right amount and charge a fair price rather than expecting people to pay double what they should be paying. This is just general feedback. I am not a professional stylist; if I was, perhaps I could use less colour and get more coverage due to ideal application. I am talking about the reality for the home user, not some idealized scenario. Thank you for your consideration.

Intense Satisfaction
12 July 2021

I switched from Colour Royale 9.0 to 8.0 a year ago. The effect of the change is subtle but significant; my hair is now light blonde with gentle darker blonde contrast. I am told the colour looks very natural. This is what I wanted to achieve. One tube of Colour Royale 8.0 provides me with 2 full coverages; I use half a tube every 4 weeks. So, this product is not only economical but it also gives me great personal confidence and intense satisfaction. Highly and thoroughly recommended

Misleading advice from hairdresser. BEWARE ORANGE
17 December 2022

The hair dresser at that rha ahop recommend this colour for my medium ash blonde hair that was lifted to a level 9-10 my hair had a some yellow tones. This made my hair darker and very orange. Still over waahing my hair 3 weeks later to try waah it out. Dont also trust the hairdressers advice.

My hair is better with this.
27 September 2021

I’ve been using Colour Royale for the past 15 years. I have porous white hair that is stubborn to cover. I mix 6.7 and 7.0 of the Colour Royale with 20 vol peroxide and my hair feels and looks fabulous. My hair is well coloured and is shiny and healthy when I colour my hair. I have to colour my hair every 3-4 weeks and Colour Royale keeps my hair healthy. Please never discontinue this brand because it’s the only one I will ever use. Thank you Hairhouse for your expert advice and quality products, as always!

Perfect colour
23 March 2022

Wow. After two years of shoddy box dye applications, invariably turning copper red rather than the desired medium brown, the assistant at Greensborough set me on the perfect course with a mix of 7.1 and 7 with 20 vol. My hair throws red, so some gold is inevitable, but my new colour is the best I've had in so long. Greys totally gone. Rich colour and shiny. Better? Even though my hair is longer than shoulder length, the $46 package will last at least another, if not two more, applications. If you can't afford or don't wish to pay for 4 or 6-weekly salon visits, this is your grail.

Waste of time and money, go to a real salon
16 February 2023

Was given 1.5 percent vol to do this, didn't realize that meant demi color I wanted a permanent solution. The sales person did not ask me any questions. Now I'm stuck with a bottle and I wasted $20, they didn't have the small one available so I had to purchase the big bottle, you're better off just doing your own research then asking for help from these "professionals" and just go to chemist Warehouse and save $
