I can't really tell how effective this is. I got no results from this. Maybe I didn't have any problems, even though I have been overseas, but I sort of doubt it. 4 squares is not enough medicine for a complete treatment for other parasites besides tapeworms (thread worms). Shipping is to the US very expensive. The generic name is Pyrantel. Mebendazole is the active ingredient. I haven't tried a different source yet. Maybe it will work for you. Good luck!
Kids ate it thinking it was a treat. Has a 'no name' chocolate taste. Easy and effective.
Always handy to have these on the shelf for when your children present with symptoms and you least expect them. Only one square is needed and relief is within hours. The chocolate is very palatable.
I bought this instead of the regular little squares. So much easier getting Hubby to eat only one square and the kids never complained because they thought it was chocolate!
When a wiggly worm reared it's ugly head a quick trip the Chemist Warehouse was needed. We all enjoyed our chocolate tab of COMBANTRIN - fast acting!
