These insoles are great- much cheaper than other well known brands, pre-marked so easy to cut to size, control odour and feel soft and comfy. Highly recommended

Do not follow the guidelines for cutting... those shown are so far out of the correct cutting needed, that I've just wasted the first pair by cutting exactly to size. The heel area is far too slimly cut and the insoles now sit inside my shoes with huge gaps around the sides. Take the insole out of the shoe you need them for & cut to that, not the lines as shown. A waste of money for the first pair, not happy.
