I have tried 2 different kinds of braces before I found this one. Initially I got a large one, but didn’t fit quite right. I contacted the manufacturer and immediately they sent a medium size , no charge, and I didn’t have to return the large ones. Great service and attention. The braces are helping me a lot, and because of their design they are very confortable in the knee area. Great product

Bought this because the description said it should easily fit a larger size leg. Truth is that there is and added velcro strap that is meant to lengthen the the flaps. This potentially leave bare velcro and the pointy corners on bare skin, but that can be remedied with a sleeve/sock over the knee. The big problem is that when the brack is adjusted for a larger leg, the side hinges do not sit in the proper position. They end up more toward the top than on the side. There is no way to adjust the spacing for that. Otherwise, the brace is well made and should work great, as long as you don't have to rely on the extra length. I just wouldn't recommend it for larger legs.

My wife bought me this knee brace because I was experiencing extreme knee pain and having difficulty walking. After watching video on how to use, adjust, and wear this brace I am now able to walk without pain. I can feel the brace providing the support my knee needs and I love it.

Trust me you WON’T regret with this brace. I have tried braces from $20-$300 for my torn ACL and they usually come short. They either don’t work or are very bulky but this brace just did it. I had a reconstructive surgery on my knee and I didn’t want a large knee brace since I move around all the time. Glad I came across this brace because it works so well. It’s fully functional on my knee and it’s lightweight and I can adjust the hinges so easily. I wear it everyday and I would more than recommend it.
I followed the sizing direction on the Comfyorthopedic site but the brace was too large. I wrote to them and the immediately sent me a smaller brace at no charge (they even paid for shipping). The brace is also excellent. Well constructed and designed. I don't typically write reviews but this is a quality product backed by excellent customer service.
I ordered a large - I'm 6-1, 210#. Couldnt tighten up enough - kept slipping down. Contacted CS, Marie immediately got back with me and offered to ship me a medium brace absolutely free. With CS like that, I'll be a loyal customer. New brace should work well and be comfortable. I highly recommend this company and product.
I purchased one of these as a gift to my father in law, who broke his hip earlier this year and is still in recovery, and has a bunch of nagging joint issues. The doc suggested one of these, and he had one, but his wore out. As a gift to him I purchased one of these, but ordered the wrong size. Customer service responded quickly and politely, got me the correct size very fast, and my FIL is able to get around a bit better with the brace on. Thank you so much!
Having reinjured my knee before an upcoming wedding, I was looking for something that would give me support and that I could control range of motion. This seems well constructed. Unfortunately, what I found with this and other models, if a sturdy hinge is added to an elastic brace, the hinge cannot actually control range of motion as there is too much flex in the material. So it didn't work for me.
