I hung a large Christmas wood framed picture on a wall 31"x 36" and was very surprised how well the Command velcro with peel back strip hangers held up the weight of the frame. It weighted about 4 pounds. Be sure and clean the wall surface with alcohol and let dry. The adhesive on the hangers is very strong. I used the longer 16lb. strips.

Bought these for multiple frames for a feature photo frames wall. Brilliant and save the wall from looking like Swiss cheese with all the picture hooks it would have taken otherwise! Also much easier to get multiple frames all lined up.Great price and pack quantity compared to other places too.

From the bottom of my heart I genuinely do not know what I would do without these. I have photos everywhere in my house thanks to command strips I have not so much as chipped the paint and no holes required. Sometimes I take down photos and decor and completely re-arrange them thanks to being 100% commitment-free! I absolutley redly on these and they never dissapoint!
These work great if you can mount them directly on your picture frame or object. I used them on a wooden plaque. However the fine, tiny, tiny print on the directions says you can't use them on thin metal frames, or on paper backed frames. Not sure why about the metal, but I guess the rational for putting them on the paperback is that the paper would not be strong enough for the weight of the picture.
My husband has a fit when I want to hang things in my closet on the walls. He is opposed to most types of tape and fears anything that would ruin the paint. These were a great solution for me. Things stay on the wall and there has been no damage to the painted surface. The only downside to me is that they are fairly expensive.

Sure, nails and screws might be cheaper, but the amount of time saved using these and the amount of frustration saved by this cannot be beat. I no longer will use nails or screws unless there is no other way around it. Stick it on to what you want to hang and then just hold it right on the wall where you want it for 30 seconds or so. No need to measure out where to put the hole. No need to make a mess in your house. No need to fill in holes and then repaint. These velcro command strips are awesome! I have used them at school, home and work. They are very versatile for different size and weighted items. I also have never seen them cause damage which is a HUGE plus!
I had no idea these were so handy! We recently painted and u didn’t want to mess my walls up with nails. They work wonderful for hanging pictures on my walls!! I wish I had discovered these years ago! What a difference it makes! They are strong and durable and leave no damage behind !
