It took me so long to find a quality 12v camp shower kit, I kept getting stuck on all of the negative reviews out there on almost EVERY PRODUCT. I ended up finding this one and going for it and Im so glad I did! The quality of the materials used gives me confidence that this will last! The flow rate is great, its almost the same as a shower youd have at home. The tube is flexible which is so handy and theres a switch on the shower head which makes it easy to control! The pump allows you to both, screw on to a container or submerse in a bucket. Very content with this purchase! :)

Great snowys service and prompt delivery. Obviously haven't been camping because of COVID but can't wait to use it.This is a replacement from my old one, that simply just wore out from years of use. Would highly recommend.

Don’t not use with warm water or hot water, the plastic impeller will melt and seize the pump. Also plug is cheap and will break easily. Overall cheaply made and not worth the money

Purchased 2 months ago and only been used twice with clean tap water for testing purposes only. Soon after purchasing I tested the water flow and was very impressed. This however was sadly short lived after it failed during my second series of tests to determine the demand on my new 12V battery system. The base of the pump popped off whilst in use, spraying water everywhere. Upon inspection, a boss had broken and the screws had been pulled out of the other three without damage. The pump had never been dropped. I was surprised to see how small the screws were securing the base. Unfortunately the receipt has gone astray, so it’s a write off.
The first time I used this product water was leaking from the bottom of the shower head and when hand-held the hose feel straight out and continues to fall out...Paid $79.99 for a product that then went on sale the next day. Can't believe the first time used and the product was faulty. Also the filter at the bottom of the pump has plastic covering the metal filter.
This has been used a few times a week for about 6 weeks and it works great. The switch on the shower handle is very stuff so we just leave it on and turn it on and off via the pump switch. Have also turned the head to the lowest flow as the pressure is way more than expected. We can still easily get a quick thorough shower for two out of a 10litre bucket. Very happy with this.
Works a treat, it is a 6l/min unit, the adjustable flow settings on the head are a great feature, hose length allows you to position shower rose above your head in eg Oztrail ensuite, we use Velcro to secure, 12v lead is a good length as well. Spec sheet is accurate, defines pump is a physically larger unit that does not fit in a Jerry can opening, we use a bucket
My first Companion shower, which was an upgrade from a similar cheaper BCF shower, was replaced inside warranty period in 2019. I think that one was a switch problem. My 2nd Companion shower had similar problems with corrosion in 12v plug, a faulty switch and hose popped off shower head. I fixed these problems by replacing them myself. Finally the motor burned out within 10 months. Since I had modified/improved the shower I didn't bother trying to claim on warranty. Now on my 3rd Companion shower. On first use water sprayed out of shower head handle. Fixed with thread tape. Then the hose popped off shower head during first shower. Fixed with extra rubber gromet on hose. Well, I was excited to have a shower ready to use on my trip north western Australia on 3rd September. I took my time writing a review, I wanted to try products 1st. last week while packing time came to try new shower. i got my bucket of water ready them plugged it into 12 volt socket. NOTHING it was dead. Tried another car NOTHING it was dead. Tried a 3rd car thinking all these sockets cant be faulty, NOTHING it was dead to. so i investigated no time to send back to supplier in eastern states. after checking all wiring connections all ok so I opened it up in plug end. There was a white wire off the connection solder wasn't done correctly. good thing im handy with my tools and repaired it new solder on all connections. Tadaaa works well now.
