I've been using Olive Leaf extract for 10+ years. It's my 'go to' Immune booster for whenever we get any cold or flu symptoms - If we do get sick, we don't stay sick for long. This is also a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. In liquid form it can be bitter, just mix dose with orange juice, my kids like it with sarsaparilla. In the past I have taken too much (not this brand) and felt dizzy/light-headed as it can cause low blood pressure - something to be aware of.

I have been using this product for years and I find it amazing. I work with kids and they often share their colds and flus with me when they are sick. If I come home and feel the tell tale signs of an illness coming on, I take a nice dose of Comvita olive leaf and I am all better and ready to go in the morning. Brilliant product!

Not all taste great, and from someone who loves this stuff, there's even ones I couldn't stand. Not keen on the peppermint flavoured ones either. But this - have to stop from drinking it. The clue I think is, it is made from fresh olive leaf, not dried. And it's all Australian grown and made. Win win.
