Bought 2 boxes of Manuka UMF 10 lozenges. It works fairly well getting rid of sore throats. However I’m not sure if the addition of mint oil is a good idea. Make it taste strange.I’ve also bought UMF 20 lozenged and find them better. Perhaps Comita should manufacture a higher UMF for efficacy.Otherwise good product.

Manukau honey lozenge with Propolis is a must have when you have cold or dry throat. I took it when I had COVID. It saves our life.
I am never without these soothing lozenges, have been buying them for over 10 years. They sooth my itchy throat due to post nasal drip. Highly recommend.
Found it very zesty in taste (perhaps because of the propolis) but with all the good & natural ingredients in it, it's probably much better than medical lozenges. I like the way it is individually wrapped too - always have a few in my handbag!
Although I prefer the original aniseed flavour, these are an acceptable substitute. Pleasant taste, not too sugary and a positive contribution to wellbeing.
No relief at all for such pricey lozenges.Worth checking the ingredients- and the amount of 'manuka honey': 4% - before buying it.Careful when asking H&B's sales assistants in store (e.g Canada Square branch), as they tend to recommend the priciest option.
I have my vitamins in the morning and follow up with this lozenge and have had this routine for the last 10 years. Every time I feel a cold coming on or a sore throat is bugging me, I take one of these. Not cheap per lozenge but well worth it to me. Was delighted when Ocado stocked these. These are really well-priced, usually they sell for close to ?5 at other retailers.
Does not taste as good as the Pure Manuka Honey MGO 263+ (UMF™10+) Lozenges but still nice enough and i think is cheaper. still will help witha cold and cough.
