It would tangle in longer hair due to the teeth, but helps holding short hair in place on the barrel.

This replaced one that I had for a long time. It is pretty good just have to watch it does not get tangled in the roots. I do not put it against the scalp. The tip gets pretty hot.
I have been looking for a curling brush for a ling time, so I was happy to find this. It works great and heats up fast. Fast shipping, great price. Highly recommend.
What I love about this curler is that it doesn’t tangle your hair. It’s made well. The best is that it makes your curl without friz. It totally takes the fix out of your hair. Love the heat controls. I would recommend this to everyone. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because your hair has to be more than damp dry. So you can’t dry your hair with it. It’s a keeper.
I thought this curling iron had a clip on the barrel to hold the hair in place while curling the hair. Unfortunately, it doesn't, and I am returning it. It is a good product for someone who knows how to use it correctly.
They need to look in the box to be sure it is the correct item. I have used this type/band of curling iron forever. A couple days ago I made a delivery order and when I got it.....It was a old used dirty curling iron in the box. Very sad. So today I ordered one and hope its not tampered with.
This product is mislabeled. It's not a hot air brush, though it looks like one. It's an "instant" heat curling iron. I'm taking it back to buy a hot air brush.
Awful. Tool got stuck in my hair lost all my hair on left side still in pain with soft tissue damage. 150 dollars and 3 hours later a hairdresser cut it out. This is not user error. I have used irons all my life
