After the outsole part of my Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Lift Platform High Tops broke and basically fell off, I thought I would never buy Converse again, but my parents convinced me to give these a try because they seemed to be a lot sturdier, and they really are. These have lasted me a while now, and I find them to be really comfortable. I feel like I could walk miles with these and not feel tired. It’s like walking on air. They’re very comfortable, and if you don’t like feeling short, I recommend them 100%. SO comfortable - I bought these because a friend recommended them for travel and being on your feet for long periods of time, and they absolutely deliver. I travel weekly for work (lots of airports) and spend a lot of time on my feet at trade shows on a concrete floor, and the cushion in the soles made a huge difference. If they weren't so limited in available sizes (clearly they are popular!) i'd be ordering them in another color!! True to size. I have narrow feet so they are perfect for me. As someone who has done Air Force 1's and Superstars, these are taking the lead on comfort and aren't something you'll see on every other person you encounter.

Well, they’ve come along way because these are the most comfortable shoes and I’ve been wearing them all day and I’m on my feet And my feet are not sore and I got lots of compliments on how cute they are and also they give me some height cuz I’m kind of short so overall I give these is A ++++++Love them highly recommend these !! I also custom made a pair. I had bought the white and I custom-made black leather with some brown and can’t wait to get them. Oh, and I did have to size down a half a size as per usual with converse. And they fit perfect.

My mother has wanted the red platform converses for the last two years. When she went to purchase the Converses, her size was sold out. This past Christmas I surprised her with a pair, and she was so happy, she tried it on right then and there. I got her a nine and it fit just right. Since then, she has tailored all her outfits to fit her shoes. She is obsessed with them. My mom is huge on comfort and style. She has expressed how comfortable they are and has no problem being on her feet for long periods of time with her fresh red-hot converses.The red pair is true to the shade on the sight. It is vibrant and stands out from a mile away. If you are interested in this color, I highly suggest going for it because you will not be disappointed!
I received my 4th pair of this particular sneaker about a month ago, all from Nordstrom. Did not disappoint!! No break in required! I get so many compliments. The pic on website shows yellow a little brighter than actual shoe. A little more muted in person. I always half to size down from my size 5 foot. But 4.5 was not available, so I stuck with sz 5. I just wear a thicker sock and it is fine. Nordstrom always carry's the best selection in this particular hightop. I always get a ton of compliments when I wear them!
I love these converse! I had sworn off converse chucks for so long because there was no support and no cushion. I wore them as a kid and apparently never noticed but now that tennies are so comfortable I just couldn’t justify wearing chucks instead of my comfortable shoes everyday. I wasn’t sure of this style at first because it is a little different, but it looks so good. My size 9 feet loot small, and they are not nearly as heavy as I thought. They are cushioned and very comfortable right out of the box. I have a skinny heal and the only thing I wish is it had a smaller heal cup, but it’s not bad I just lace them tight. I love these things! I will be buying more colors.
These are my absolute favorite pair of converses. I bought them because of Stray Kids, and I don’t regret it. They do start to break down for me about a year in, but still over all okay. The laces eventually snap for me so when I purchase a new pair I always buy a pair of new laces with it to be safe. The part where the shoe toe part is on top is where it comes unglued for me, but it doesn’t bother me much. I do have to buy a new pair every year or so, because they break down so fast. The bottom also gets very warm down overtime. The points get almost filed down and flatted.
Epic comfort and support!The generation before mines were diehard converse fans, so I never owned a pair. When I saw a picture of the platform styles, I had to order a pair. Not only did I get stopped by coworkers to admire them, but I ordered more pairs. It’s clear that I am officially hooked! I was just ordering a few more pair when I decided to chime in and review them. No matter your age or your style! The platforms are incredible! Incredible enough that you won’t want to take them off and you’ll be tempted to rock them everyday!
Very comfy. I have A wide foot. Like even most wide width shows don’t fit me and these have done well the two times I’ve worn them so far. I got a 9.5 and it feels like I could have just got a 9 perhaps. But I’m afraid to send them back and get the 9 because I’m not sure. I’d prob buy another color in the Sz 9. Very comfortable cushion on the bottom. The laces seem a bit short…I laced mine to the top and left enough width to accommodate my wider foot so that may be why. But I really Like the them. The high top does rub against the back of my foot a bit. I wonder If that would be an issue with prolonged wear, but I think they make products to help with that sort of thing. Or can try a bandaid. But yea. Love the color and and comfort as a mom in her 30s (:
These are literally my favorite shoe. They're more comfortable than regular converse, and just the slightest bit more stylish, but it's enough to ENTIRELY change a look. Seriously, you can wear these to everything from casual to formal events and it works. I got these over a year ago and they're still in great condition, one eyelet has since fallen out but I wear them almost every day so I'm not upset.Why I took a star off: It is mainly because there is NO TAB to hold the laces in place on the tongue??? I don't know if this is something converse does on all it's special styles but it's incredibly inconvenient.
