I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review. I wanted to use and wash the entire set first. This set is outstanding! It's pretty. So very pretty! It's also a ridiculously high quality for the price point. I have an electric stove and previously had non-stick pans. My concerns with this set were even heat and sticking. The heat distribution is spot on. Very evenly distributed. I was floored! With my old set I had to constantly rotate the pans to get an even cook. Not with this set. There was very little sticking when I cooked in the pans. Clean up was a breeze! I was very excited to have a set with the steel handles so that they could go from stove to oven. Another added bonus! This set is not only beautiful and well made, it makes cooking so much easier! This set contains everything you would need to have a nice setup in your kitchen. It is obvious that these are well made and very sturdy. Nothing cheap about these pots and pans. I like the look of all silver. It's nice to have on display and looks really good in the cabinet. I like that every piece has a nice glass lid. The wok is great also with a really nice tall lid. I live cooking stir fry in this pan. The handles are sleek and elegant looking. These pots are great! When I first opened the box I was surprised at seeing how good of quality the pots and lids were. I wasn’t too sure what Multi-ply was and it’s basically 2 layers of stainless steel and an aluminum core along base and walls. It’s not 100 percent Stainless steel it does have a layer of aluminum inside the layers but the Aluminum core is for even heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Which after cooking in my sauté pans I can agree that the heat was evenly distributed. The Stainless steel lids kept the heat and moisture in. Which I greatly appreciated because some Puerto Rican dishes I make need to have the moisture kept in. The pot passed the test! Since they have a multi-element alloy aluminum core and the outside and inside are both solid stainless steel, they heat up really evenly and well. Not only do they perform well, for the cleaning aspect something that’s extremely nice about these pans having the core and the outside being completely solid is that there isn’t any weird caps or crevices to clean around the bottom, its one complete piece.I am not a stranger to cooking in stainless steel, using oil to prevent sticking, and having expectations that white discoloration, rainbow discoloration, or really any discoloration may happen so none of that surprises me. The care guide provided also gives clear instructions on how to keep these free of white spots and rainbows. Although these do not bother me.I really like that these are dishwasher safe but I personally just hand wash to help maintain their mirror finish. I also really love that they tell you to remove cooked on food by heating up water in the pan with it. It really makes cleanup of these pans effortless.Another cool feature is the handle. Arrived in 7 days! These Multi-Ply Clad Stainless-Steel Cookware are Awesome!Learning to cook with Stainless-Steel cookware is a must! Go on-line and follow all the tips ON HOW TO COOK WITH S.S. , Preheat your pans on low/med heat never high!! Do the water drop test (water drop should bounce in the pan and roll off without evaporating before adding high smoke tolerant oil) Follow the tips and your eggs will never stick. Meat will have some sticking, but soaking pans will make clean up easy! Adding salt while cooking may pit your pans. Test your plastic spatula for melting or purchase metal spatulas! Never rinse a hot S.S. pan or any pot or pan as this will cause it to warp. Once cool soaking your pans will help with clean up.

As long as you treat the pans with care I can't imagine you'd run into any issues. Making sure not to expose the pans to rapid temperature changes has kept them from warping and discoloring. However, to maintain the *absolutely brilliant* finish on these pots, use Barkeeper's Friend every other wash or so. Doing so will prevent the "rainbow" effect. If you have hard water, it will leave spots so (if that bugs you) dry with a soft towel after washing. You can use scrubbers on these pots without fear of unhealthy damage, but be aware that scrubbers and sharp cooking tools WILL scratch the finish. This doesn't bother me as my pots get tons of use and I don't mind that they look it, but if it bothers you, stick to the barkeeper's friend and a soft cloth or sponge. Form and Function: these pots are just beautiful and they're easy to handle - not too heavy and not too light. They just have a feel of quality about them. The handles really do stay cool, but beware of leaving the pot handle over the top of the stove when you use the oven - they will get hot under those conditions. All of them have easy pour lips and the lids are interchangeable. The steamer insert fits the stock pot and the sauce pans. Results: These pots are a joy to cook with. Follow the instructions and treat them well and they should last a lifetime. I couldn't be happier.
Ordered this set Feb 2022, and will never need another!I may add more pieces to the set, but this very heavy set, will never need replacement! I’ve used everything from Tfal, to Cooks Essentials, and this set puts everyone of them, to shame! This set is worth the money!
Excellent quality, heavy and substantial stainless steel. No warping at all. Useful and flexible steamer insert is great. These pots are amazing!! They heat up really quickly when you add the lid when boiling water. They have a beautiful reflective surface. I find they come in good sizes when cooking for 4 people. The handles do stay cool and are comfortable with rounded edges.I find them easy to clean, no weird crevices for food to stick to (I wash by hand).I cook every day, so these pots and pans have seen heavy use, and they are still great. I recommend them to everyone anytime I get the chance. Fabulous product.
