Davidoff Cool Water is a Classic aftershave for men that

Davidoff Cool Water is a Classic aftershave for men that was launched in 1988. Fresh & Spicy. It's a fresh scent, and the freshness is inspired by the ocean, as advertised. There is a scent of musky, woody and spicy notes. A perfect summer season fragrance. Top notes: Mint, Green Notes, Rosemary, Coriander & Lavender Middle notes: Sandalwood, Jasmine, Geranium & Neroli Base notes: Musk, Oakmoss, Cedar, Tobacco & Amber The scent is not overpowering but it is quite Masculine, ideal for 30's male and over. Good longevity for an EDT (Eau de Toilette) and the price is reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Davidoff Cool Water is a fresh-smelling classic for men at

Davidoff Cool Water is a fresh-smelling classic for men at any age, but might be too common and smells a little bit dated. When I first sprayed this on my husband's wrist, the first notes that hit my nose were lavender and sea water which are aromatic and masculine, then shortly after that the sharpness became more subtle into a nice clean scent that reminds me of the smell of a fabric softener/shower gel! There's nothing special about the smell, and chances are if you wear this, you'll bump into quite a few people who smell exactly like you. Nevertheless, I'm not saying this is a bad thing. Both my husband and I like light and fresh smelling perfumes anyway. When it comes to its performance and longevity, it's too bad that it doesn't last for a long time. But since it's not very pricey, you can reapply this again and again throughout the day. Overall, this might be a classic common fragrance you'd smell everywhere around you, nonetheless, the light scent and the freshness of it can easily make it an all-time favourite to many people including my husband. Thank you for reading.

Davidoff Cool Water is such an old aftershave but still

Davidoff Cool Water is such an old aftershave but still popular and loved by many, including me, after all these years! It was one of the first aftershaves I started using when I was in my teens and it has always been a timeless classic for me. I loved it then and I love it now, even though I no longer wear it all the time I still always have it in my wardrobe. Cool Water is fantastic daily wear EDT. It is really fresh and vibrant, like the ocean and natural wonders it is inspired from. It starts off with a cool mint smell and soon settles into an aromatic amber and lavender scent that is subtle and very uplifting. It isn't very long-lasting and needs topping up if you want to smell that way throughout the day. However, it isn't very expensive which makes up for it. ... MoreDavidoff Cool Water is such an old aftershave but still popular and loved by many, including me, after all these years! Great Product and a Great Deal

I was very satisfied with my purchase. Saved 20 bucks buying a brand-new tester. Only difference is testers come in a white box and stock item comes in a blue box. That's it! You'd have to be a fool not to buy the tester. I was about to purchase this item on Amazon and noticed the price had risen to $50-$129 for regular Cool Water. Tester was $45 on Amazon. On a hunch, I checked Walmart.com and it was between $20-$25 bucks!Amazon was willing to charge me up to $129 for Cool Water and I just bought it from Walmart for $23. Need I say more?I'm glad I checked Walmart before I bought from somewhere else, it literally saved me "half" the money. I will check more items I buy elsewhere vs Walmart from here on in.

I have been using this over the last few weeks

I have been using this over the last few weeks and I have been very impressed with it. As is usual with Davidoff toiletries, it comes in an attractive bottle, that looks both very stylish and very modern, even at 75ml! The scent of this product - smells very fresh and clean indeed, and is somewhat similar to the "cool ice" Right Guard anti-perspirant. It really does balance well and is not too overpowering and provides a very nice scent when worn. Its very long lasting too and I found it could still be smelt after 6 hours use in work. Overall this is a nice product that's long lasting and looks and smells great. Recommended!

I must firstly admit that I don't have an acute

I must firstly admit that I don't have an acute sense of smell, but I know what I like. This is a nice, light scented, Eau De Toilette spray, presented in a classic style, cool blue glass bottle. The initial scents (top notes) for me have a fresh citrus fragrance, although I can't smell the mint coming through, which may account for the freshness. I did not notice any base notes of lavender and amber come through. If you want more information on notes, please refer to the product page. It is Eau De Toilette, so it does not last long and wore off after about 2 hours. This Cool Water range has other scents to try. This cologne is a hit for me, especially for use in the morning as it is light and fresh. I'm afraid I'm not a believer that women will flock

I'm afraid I'm not a believer that women will flock to you just because of the aftershave you're wearing like the adverts on the TV suggest. Women may be different, but as a man, I can't stand women that overdo their perfume. In fact, I prefer none at all, but that's my personal preference. So, when it comes to aftershaves, I rarely use them, but when I do, I want one that is subtle in fragrance. This Davidoff aftershave is just what I'm talking about. It has a pleasant fragrance, but doesn't leave a trail of fragrance wherever you walk. The subtleness is just what I like. If you want to walk around smelling like the cosmetic counter in Debenhams then look elsewhere. It does have a slight sting when used on a freshly shaved face, but nothing too much to worry about. ... MoreI'm afraid I'm not a believer that women will flock to you just because of the aftershave you're wearing like the adverts on the TV suggest. Once it settles down, it actually feels refreshing and cool. It's easy to apply as the container has a pump action lid. You could spray straight to the face, but I'd still rather spray on my hands and then apply it to the skin. Overall, a nice refreshing aftershave for men. I hope that helps.

Perfect Occasion fragrance for men!

This is a classic from the 90’s.Smells sexy my hubby loves wearing it!Had purchased from a competitor’s website and waited over (3) weeks for delivery, so was very happy find at Walmart! Was to have been A Wedding Anniversary gift husband. Can say, it’s authentic and competitively priced.Actually few dollars cheaper! Was a delay (few days) but not nearly as long as other site’s over (3) weeks! So thank you Walmart, now hubby can stop asking when gift show up?Packaged nicely, NO COMPLAINTS HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASE THROUGH WALMART

Probably the best fragrance overall

This is an old classic. People into fragrance don't care for it on the basis that "it's too common" but they also admit it's very good and especially for the price. I get compliments on this - the women I date love it. It can be oversprayed and is forgiving but even when it's strong it's pleasant - doesn't smell "strong" but more like just good projection. It's an amazing fragrance and is my go-to for any occasion if I'm indecisive or just want to play it safe. Good for all situations - all seasons, all times of day, office, dates....everything. You can't beat the price, either, for an actual designer brand fragrance.
