Good quality - worth every cent. Delivery was on time and fellow helped place at backyard. Easy to setup. Manual is confusing, watch some YouTube videos for tips.

This umbrella has worked well for us because we don’t have a lot of deck space and it was the only one that allowed for a 2 m x 3 m.It seems to be easy to use, and certainly was no great challenge to install. It has a cover as well which is so good as we found over the years not having one for our various pool equipment, as meant they don’t last as long given we are by the sea.We also bought the stand which is filled with water.

Don’t buy this product. It came with a 5 year warranty on the canvas and Coolaroo did not honour it. Ours were sun damaged and tore in the beeeze and no matter how many pics we sent them they just refused to replace them. We are now in a position of having to give Coolaroo more money to replace the covers or spend even more to get complete replacements of a different brand.
