With the Silencio S600 Steel, Cooler Master presents a no-frills midi tower with pre-installed noise insulation and customizable interior. With its simple and modern design, the case fits well into any setup. The interior offers plenty of space for powerful hardware and good ventilation. Up to five case fans can be installed in the Cooler Master Silencio S600 Steel. Without further ado, 120-millimeter fans can be installed at the rear and two 120- or 140-millimeter fans at the front. There is room for a 120 or 140 model on the lid, and by removing the 5.25-inch bay, a second fan can be attached to the case lid. From the factory, the Silencio S600 Steel offers two pre-installed Silencio FP silent fans in 120 millimeter format, which are controlled by PWM signal. There is room in the case for CPU coolers with a maximum height of 167 millimeters. The Cooler Master Silencio S600 Steel also offers several options for installing custom and complete water cooling systems. On the back panel a 120 millimeter radiator can be mounted and the front panel is prepared for a 240 or 280 millimeter radiator. On the lid there is room for a 120 or 140 millimeter radiator. If the 5.25-inch cage is omitted, a 240 dual radiator can also be installed there. The no-frills case offers clear shapes and smooth surfaces and is completely black inside and out. The midi tower has been designed with low operating noise in mind and is equipped with extensive vinyl and foam noise insulation that dampens vibrations and noise. Both the steel side panels and front door are internally insulated. The lid has a removable cover that can be removed for the benefit of ventilation. Dust filters are located in the front, base and lid. The front door can be mounted either left or right with the hinges so that it swings in the desired direction when opened. The I/O panel is located on the right side of the case lid and includes two USB 3.0 ports, a combined audio port and an SD card reader.
