Intended as a replacement for white sugar with a balance of fermentable and unfermentable sugars, Coopers Brew Enhancers have been created to produce a creamier head and enhance the body and mouth feel of your favourite brews. *Please note the enhancer can sometimes be compacted hard in the packet but it will dissolve as usual Coopers Brew Enhancer 1 (1kg) contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention.
