Adolph Coors and Jacob Schueler were German immigrants who arrived in the USA in 1873 from Prussia and launched a brewery just 26km west of Denver CBD in Golden, Colorado. Coors and Schueler bought a Pilsner-style recipe from a Czech immigrant by the name of William Silhan then invested their own personal funds into the operation, and the Coors brand was born. Coors Lager is a 4.2% ABV Rocky Mountains lager and is the perfect tinnie to rip ice-cold from the esky at your Sunday BBQ or around the campfire on your next hiking or fishing trip.
