I purchased several sets and extra pieces of Corelle Country Cottage and I love them! My daughter has Corelle but I don’t like the set she has and stubbornly decided that Corelle was not for me. I never expected to own Corelle (much less love it) but as I have arthritis in my hands I was finding it difficult to handle my heavier dinnerware. Corelle is perfect for me! I have now removed all my old dinnerware and filled my kitchen with Corelle. I am very happy with the product and the pattern I chose and I will be adding additional pieces as time goes by. I’m very pleasantly surprised.

Corelle is lightweight, microwave and dishwasher safe, and comes in lots of patterns. It's like china you can let your kids use. Older Corelle is more break resistant than newer Corelle. Something changed in the way they make this stuff nowadays. It used to be, this stuff was fairly indestructible. You really had to try hard to break a Corelle plate. This new Corelle is much easier to break. That's why I had to buy these. I'm glad I found this pattern. It's difficult to find new. I can find it on Ebay, but I guess they see me coming or something, and can tell I'm desperate so they ask a lot of money.

These 8.5 inch plates are the perfect size for serving sandwiches or for microwaving a slice or two of pizza. I bought two more to add to my collection of this pattern. These dishes survive the test of time well and they do not break or chip easily. I have used these dishes every day for many years with total satisfaction. I wish they would come in a variety of colors.
I was very pleased with the Corelle dishes I ordered although the price of $120 seemed excessive for the 8 pieces. I realize this includes US exchange and postage. Also the 2 10oz condiment dishes seem to be more dessert dish size so I was sorry I ordered them. Overall, the quality of the Corelle dishes is excellent as always. Because I was not able to find the separate pieces I needed to add to my sets, I was pleased to be able to locate them.
These Country Cottage 8.5" Salad plates are nice, but they are not all shaped exactly the same. Our 42-plus-year-old set nested perfectly. These seem to be out of round some or not completely flat. It's not a deal killer, though, and we like the service for 12 we purchased. The pattern is simple, the product seems useful. But I had to remove a star because they're not quite as well-made as our old Corelle set.
These plates are perfect for kids or anyone who wants smaller portions without so much white space. My kids love the smaller size at dinner. These plates are durable. They go straight from table to sink to dishwasher without chipping.
I really like Corelle dishes! They are light, take up less space than most dishes. This is the perfect size for snacking, sandwiches, desserts and lots more. I had service for 8 in my dishes but Use the small plates a lot. I especially love the blue trim on the dishes. And, to top it off, these dishes don't break or chip.
I ordered Correlle's Country Cottage 4 piece place setting x 2 and needed to add a medium size plate. These are 8.5 inches and perfect. The place settings came with 6.5" and 10.5" plates so the luncheon size being inbetween the two sizes are perfect for sandwiches, or when a dinner size plate is too large. i love the pattern with it's hearts. Makes me smile. Delivered quickly in one day from my local store.
the quality of Corelle plates it's really good. they're beautiful they're easy to clean they're lightweight. they don't break easily. I used them all the time and I just love them. these came quickly and we're really a good price. you really can't go wrong with Corelle
