Corowa Characters honours the individuals who make the whisky in Corowa, New South Wales. A highly palatable single malt whiskey aged in wine casks, with floral notes and honeycomb sweetness on the aroma. The sweetness follows through with good spirit integration on the palate, which shows a mix of French and American Oak influences. Salted butter, marzipan, red berries, and freshly mowed grass are the scents. Tropical fruits, vanilla, red berries, and honeycomb dominate the palate. Black pepper, caramelised banana, and sweet pastry round off the end.
