I spent a while researching to make sure this was the right cooling system I needed. Sure enough, it was (AM3). The cooling system is doing a fine job of keeping the CPU cool compared to the standard cooling master. If I had to compare the sound transformation it was like going from a semi-truck engine to an electric car. The only complaint I have is just the AMD bracket. Not sure why the AMD/Intel mounting is a completely different process but after mounting it I still have some worries. Maybe this is the "new" way of mounting but it seems to unreliable when completed. Since you have to basically hook these screws onto the AMD mount than screw in a finger screw head. Not the fault of the product but there should be more options for cooling the radiator, and they should provide 4 extra of the long fan screws. First of all, they aren’t easy to buy again if you lose one, and extras could allow one to sandwich the radiator between two fans. I replaced the fan with 2 from another in a push-pull exhaust layout. I know you’re not supposed to do that but my case is small and this layout actually cools the cpu extremely well. So I had to find some compatible screws to attach the second fan. Luckily the hardware store had some that seem to work. I would only recommend this if you only have 3 total fan slots, like me.

This is my first foray into water cooling, and I am very impressed. Both idle and peak temperatures are appreciably lower. I used to thermal throttle when encoding video for archiving; now, I hit a toasty-but-safe 80C and stay there. The tubing is also an excellent length for my tiny case, reaching the case mount point while having just enough length to route elegantly. I did have annoying pump noise initially, but simply configuring the fan header to "always on" in the BIOS fixed it, as per recommendations found online. The main con is the white light on the CPU block that can't be turned off or dimmed at all. I have a mesh case. and it's visible all the time. My old All in One water cooling block plus fan died, so I went down to my local Micro Center and was able to find this AIO cooler. It was very easy to install, the instructions were good and helpful, there were alit of extra hardware to make sure your new cooler would fit. Once installed it started providing cooling power and was whisper quiet. When I would stress my I7-9700k thats overclocked to 5ghz, it handled it with no signs of any stress. You can hear the fan if you really try but it's barely noticeable. I've even heard it slow the fan down while at full power so I know it's not being over taxed. All in all this is a great product. It only has white LED thats NOT changeable.

By itself that is not an issue but coupled with the directions not supplying information on how to alter it to 1150 compatibility is a significant mistake on Corsair's part. Installed on Cooler Master HAF 922 2010 Model CPU Intel Pentium G3258 Haswell Mobo ECS B85H3-M3 mATX I had the Intel stock cooler on before I installed the H60 2018. This particular computer plays nothing heavier then The Sims 3 which is not a demanding game by any stretch. The cooling provided is fine. Why put AIO cooling on such a system? Because I can and I like the look (except for the hose) and the extra case space. This is an acceptable AIO cooler but that is the best I can write. Had a pretty significant drop in heat from my computer after replacing my stock AMD cooler. My PC has limited space for fans, so I was worried I'd never get a liquid cooling systems since most come with 2 fans. This perfectly fit in my NZXT H210i. By my own mistake, my PC originally had its two fans both in exhaust, so unsure how much this CPU Cooler has actually contributed to the heat difference. But, playing Halo Infinite at High was originally averaging around 160F, and now I'm around 125F. Either way, it looks great, my pc runs cooler, and no more ugly stock heat sink/cooler.
I bought this cooler to replace an intel default cooler.Now straight to the point:This has been tested with an HexaCore Intel Core i5-9600K, 4600 MHz (46 x 100)With this new H60 cooler my idle temp are sitting at ~30-35C and workload at ~60-65C.Compared to default intel cooler idling at ~40-45C and workload at ~90-100C.Do not buy this if you plan to overclock your cpu, it won't cut it, a single small radiator won't be enough, go for the double or triple size one.If you just want to cool your cpu with no OC and forget about it, then this could be a good product for you.

Just screw in the radiator fairly close to your intake fans and then screw in the fan.The mounting onto the actual CPU can be a little tricky, but just take your time. This critique is one of an all-out go with no fancy lighted show, essential PC component of Corsair's radiator cooler in smaller version specifically ideal for mid-towers and those instances of limited space with lowering CPU thermals in this case of a much needed aging i7 dinosaur (think gen 6) that continually Folds 24/7 nonstop. Before, temps hovered around high 60 c and occasionally upper 70 c even without over nor turbo clock and stock cooler. Now quite manageable and reasonable liquid cooled, low to mid 50's at full load working three puny yet somewhat effective Cuda Core 1030 GPU's with turbo on and benched stable/efficient overclock of 1 Ghz. (Everything else runs at about 30c or 86f which is perfectly acceptable)It is very hot to the touch so I know its not just a sensor issue. Anyway after spending lots of time playing with it, researching and trouble shooting I eventually went into the bios and set all fans to max speed which helped. The CPU temp now runs at 85c/ 185f which is still bad but much better. In the end my PC hasn't fried itself so I'm not really complaining but I defiantly should have gotten a bigger ...
