Just be wary if you are tall, this is probably not the machine for you. I am 6'5" (196cms) and I keep banging my knees onto the support beam. Eventually, I will upgrade once I wear out the pads.

Just needs a little adjustment of barbell placement hooks . Overall can’t fault it otherwise. Good Sturdy and great value

When i go to the gym i use there preacher curl bench. The BN-8 preacher bench is every bit as good as the one i use at the gym.

I’m happy with this bench , it feels stable. It has stability plates which you bolt on. 6 plates, 1 plate is incorrect sizeDoesn’t affect too much but just saying, not a perfect bench
