Bought this over the black Friday sales and thought I got a bargain oh man was I wrong.This machine is super awkward to use and the only part of it that is useable is the lat pull downs part of it.Chest flys, shoulder press, leg extensions just dont work on this.The quality of the build is also quite cheap with parts that dont line up, screws that are already rusted and panels that dont sit right.

I've been using this gym for 6 weeks now and very happy with it once you work out the chain adjustments for different excercises. I purchased the 25kg add on stack, sadly the front safety guards don't work with the extra 25kg stack.It took about 6 full hours to assemble none of the parts are numbered and the nuts and bolts numbers don't correspond with the instructions.'Tip" when fitting the cables look at the online photos they are in colour it will save you a few headaches.Overall I'm very with the purchase

The Gym has plenty of exercises available. It looks good and is compact. Unfortunately the leg extension is unusable if you are over 165cm. My wife can use it but I’m 185 and if you raise the seat there is absolutely no support behind your knees and if you have the seat lower your feet hit the frame on each extension. The other issue was in the threads which are built into the frame. The bolts for the preacher pad and seat adjustments will not even start to take any thread. They would need to have a new thread tapped. Unfortunately you don’t find this out until the very end so it would take 3 hours to pull it all apart to get the frame replaced or else have someone come and tap a new thread. Great machine the whole family can use and support each other on their fitness journey
Overall I was happy with the purchasing process with Lifespan fitness. My teenage son is also pleased with the product. However, putting it together from the delivered product is not the easiest. It does take quite some time. The most frustrating part of the process was that the instruction manual completely skipped over the step of how to install the pulley system (I checked a page was not missing, and also downloaded the manual from the web as well). Be prepared to spend a day or two putting it togethor. Lifespan fitness, please contact your supplier regarding the instruction manual.
