The Nokton 25mm F0.95 Type II is a standard lens released in 2010 exclusively for Micro Four Thirds, the Nokton 25mm F0.95, equipped with an aperture switching mechanism for video compatibility. With a natural angle of view of 47.3 diagonal, the lens offers an astonishingly bright maximum aperture of f/0.95. Inheriting the same high performance optics that have been well-received, the new lens is equipped with the same switching mechanism as the Nokton 17.5mm F0.95 and 42.5mm F0.95, and all three lenses (wide-angle, standard, and medium telephoto) are now compatible with moving images. As still photography and video are becoming increasingly seamless, this standard lens allows photographers to fully enjoy shooting with its astonishingly large aperture.
