The only thing I have found (non-prescription) that actually works on cystic hormonal acne without it damaging the skin barrier. Works quickly too! Thin enough for comfort. Not as translucent as the cheap acne patch brands that have causedmore damage than helped for my hormonal acne (perimenopausal and period acne). Once I figured out my mistake, I applied correctly, but it still is hit or miss on whether it does what it says it'll do.
