This is quite possibly the worst purchase I have ever made! I found the tent on sale at Target in March and purchased it for my daughterâs high school graduation party in June. I was not expecting âcommercialâ quality. I figured if I got a handful of uses out of the canopy it would be worth the money. The upper part of the tent had connectors for the poles, so that the poles would lock together. I partially assembled it in my house, so that it would be easier to put up the morning of the party. Additionally some of the poles were crushed on the end so I had use a needle nose pliers to open the poles back up. With 4 people (including two engineers) we could not get the structure to stay together much less get it up and get the canopy on top. So, we were not even able to use the tent. What an absolute piece if garbage. Do not buy this tent unless you want to waste your money! This tent was available in âheavy dutyâ as well as an option that didn't mention "heavy duty". I opted for the heavy duty option, I canât image how bad the quality of the non-heavy duty version could possibly be. Compounding things was the follow up with Target and Costway. Target repeatedly referred to their marketplace vendors as their âpartnersâ however Target did NOT stand behind this product. Instead, Target told us to file a complaint with our credit card. Costway was much nicer. They were sympathetic and seemed to indicate they would refund our money after they conferred with their counterparts overseas. A few days later, Costway indicated that we would not get a refund for this unusable tent. I understand that I didnât pay for a commercial quality tent, but I thought it would at least be able to stand up! This tent is complete garbageï. I am now looking to buy a nugget ice maker and saw a good price on a Costway ice maker at Target, no way am I buying another product from this manufacturer!

This is a disaster waiting to happen. The 4 inch tent spikes easily come out of the ground and the event canopy will fly away. we replaced the pins with 12 inch tent stakes and the side walls blew away as the velcro wraps ripped away from the material. And even though we used deeer stakes the canopy lifted alowing the 2 piece verticle support beams to seperate, and the canopy comes crashing to ground breaking the low quality plastic joints.

Came fully intact with no issues that some have reported .Easy to put together , instructions very good just look for the holes on the plan so you know you have them the correct way round.
I am very happy with this purchase. Needed a whiteboard to help me work through complex work problems, this product enables that without being annoying in any way.
Perfect canopy for an outdoor party! We used just the top portion and didnât need to use the walls! It was perfect to keep the sun off of the guests and with no walls it was breezy enough! Definitely recommend for the price!
Putting this thing together was a piece of cake. The board flips around effortlessly, making it super convenient. It even comes with pens and an eraser, so you're all set. And the best part? It wipes clean with no hassle! Seriously, what more could you possibly ask for?

We ended up using it for a Halloween event, it takes 8 people to put this tent up, the instructions are awful but we did manage to figure it out and all 8 of us were able to support the legs and set it up. The canopy is super tight and hard to get onto the corners of the frame top. The tent collapsed over night, multiple connector pieces failed and broke and the canopy shredded. The tent itself isn't very stable, even with all the stakes and tie downs in place. I am so disappointed, this was an expensive mistake. We are out of the warranty period so I can either order replacement parts or I can throw away the initial investment. I bought this and it's so cheaply made I won't even put it up. The top is so thin I can tear by hand and the poles so small, thin and cheap that these reviews must be fake. There is no way it has this many 5 stars. No way.
This was my second whiteboard that I tried purchasing. The first one from another seller was absolutely trash and missing the stand. So happy I bought this one. Very sturdy, really well packaged and easy to put together. Comes with everything you need. Ideal for an office/home office. Great quality and couldn't be happier with this.
