It’s the correct weight and easy to put on. I definitely feel I’m doing good for my health when I walk with it. It looks good too which is a bonus. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish it didn’t have 15k plastered all over it. Apart from that it’s perfect.

Too big - well sort of - the vest is OK but I can't tighten the straps enough to hold it firmly in place against my body. For walking, which is how I use it, it's OK, but I would not want to run with it - I have a 38" chest (97 cm) so if you are smaller than me, you may have a problem, if you have a bigger chest, then it will be OK.The vest itself seems quite well made and I do like the weight distribution. Possible the shoulders could be wider or more padded but that's not a big issue for me.

Great quality and comfortable to wear. Very good for adding oomph to body weight exercises like pull ups, but jumps around a bit when running and makes your tee shirt ride up. Can manage it by wearing a compression top tucked in to shorts.

Firstly let me say. This style vest is so much better than the standard adjustable types. I can wear it under a jacket and its barely noticeable.That said it is a bit loose fitting and moves around, walking and chinups are fine but too much jostling and you need to do a serious re-adjust. maybe the leighter weights are better as smaller, but I like the challenge.Gotta love the "easy to remove" feature.... After a 10km walk you can unclip it and drop it like a sack of potatos. Sorry downstairs neighbours.
These sand filled vests are defo the best style for even distribution of weight that stays steady for long distance hiking and hill walking. The 15kg is a bit loose for a 30-32knch waist but fine when used with a bungee cord or belt.Great price, quality construction.
I like it because it fits nicely and it balances well on your back.
The vest is very comfortable to wear. It helps me burn more calories throughout the day especially climbing stairs. I'm glad I bought this.
This is made well but is not good for running as the weight is not distributed well and there is a great deal of movement bouncing around. I would still recommend for static exercise or less movement like squats walking or weightlifting. My chest is 44 and the strap were still quite loose. Thanks
Best seems well made and for many people it will be easily adjustable to what fits best.My issues (size 10 (UK), and 5’4”):- it’s a bit wide on the shoulders for me and it doesn’t adjust enough that I can get it to fit snugly, and therefore comfortably- the weight is distributed 50/50 back and front which is not an issue and it will be designed this way, but if you have a larger chest then you may feel unbalanced at the front - that’s how it is for me so coupled with the inability to get tight enough, this is a problem, and you can’t change the weightingI do think it’s good value and will work well for somebody where the fit is better.I bought myself a different vest where I could remove some weight at the front and adjust to make it fit snugly. Fantastic for weighted walks, mountaineering, pullups, squats but nothing that requires quick paced movement. Running should not be activity you endeavour with this piece of kit. Excellent quality and I only rated it 2* on "Easy to remove" because its 15kg, its hard to take of that's the point
