Lasted 2 years. Top plastic tray cracks where the handle is molded in.Main issue is that the front welds that hold the whole thing together are garbage. Weld let loose right straight down the weld. So it was bad from the get-go. I'll either pop rivet it or buy a different one from someone else.

Love that is is very sturdy, folds up easy and only takes up about 2-3 inches when folded so it fits in a small place. Great style steps that are not slippery do it makes you feel secure when standing in it.

The ladder has handle to grip while climbing up. It makes you feel safer especially for older people.
Really appreciate the bar across the top to steady yourself and not fall. Also the deep steps that keep your feet comfortable while standing. Plan on doing a lot of painting this spring. Tray very useful too.

the balance point is where the hinges on tray are. so the chance of bending hinges increases. if you grab where you don't include tray hingeyou skin a knuckle. you can ask me in person the next time i see you. how i know your skin your knuckle.if your using in direct sun. the plastic steps become a little more spongy. step ladder held up. but, still concerning.
The ladder is still quite stable and relatively light. It is easy for girls to carry it. It is convenient to clean the lamps and scrub the top of the cabinet. It is much more convenient to have a ladder. There is no need to stand on a chair and a table.
