Simple enough product to assemble and use. It's not that heavy so getting down into the dirt doesn't really do well. more scratching of the surface unless you really push down on the roller. So using this on a smaller area makes more sense. Garden side area vs having for an entire yard (I have a smaller yard of only 7,100 sq ft) and this didn't really do that well.

I have been paying lawn services for a long time and an aeration of the lawn is not cheap. So I figured why not get this. The assembly was super easy and I used it on the first day. I have 2 oak trees and the lawn needs a lot of aeration. I would suggest to make sure you do this with moist soil, you will have a much better outcome than in hard dry soil. This was a good investment for me!

Unit has no weight to it. Kind of flimsy and I had to re-bend the fender with pliers to make it fit into place and then re-attach the bolts. If you water your yard ahead of time and the soil is soft the spikes will do the job. Obviously, it's not a power walk behind and it did come in very handy when I was overseeding before and after. Don't try and push it down too hard as it can only take so much. I actually bent the horizontal blades before I learned how to make it work. I had to bend them back into place. I'm keeping it. Just temper your expectations.
This weed whacker is very easy to assemble and operate, and very easy to use. Most importantly, it weeds very well and is very safe to use. It's great and recommended to anyone who needs a weed whacker!
This aerator does an adequate job. It is less expensive than renting an aerator. The assembly is relatively easy, you need to be careful not to get cut by the tines. I took several passes on my lawn and it seems to do the job.
Low quality item. It’s falling apart after one or two uses. The pins provide zero stability so it’s super shaky when using. You have to apply a lot of strenght to even puncture the ground unless wet
I like it's compact size and ease of use. Putting it together was tricky. The handle bars was easy. Getting the bar to attach to the spike base was challenging. Be careful not to accidentally spike your hand while trying to mate the screw and bolt.

Looked like it had potential and was decently priced, but its like all of the pieces in my box for assembly are for different size aerators. None of the handles would slide into place with ease. The assembly is something that an intuitive 5th grader could do in an entry level shop class without instructions, but the bolts wouldnt actually tighten so i had to use pliars to tighten it and one of the bolts still fell off in the first run. The handles are also three different pieces that slide and connect. Except they didnt slide so getting them to connect was a headache. Assembly should not have been what this review was about.
