Was hopeful for the price, but wouldn’t recommend for frequent use. I work from home and alternate with my treadmill, but the chair hasn’t lasted. It wiggles and is loose. It’s not very comfortable and doesn’t offer great support if you are using the chair often. Would maybe be okay if you use it for short periods of time but overall very average chair

Very happy with this purchase and the expeditious delivery. Easy to put together and exactly what I was looking for. The lumbar support piece leaves a little to be desired, but overall we're very satisfied. It's important to note that this was not a $500 chair that should provide back massage on demand, but a great deal.

Easy to assemble, takes only 15 to 20 minutes maximum and includes everything you need. Once assembled I had to check it out. Sturdy chair and can handle the weight (300 lbs). Heavy duty metal base with (5) legs. Ordered and received within a timely manner. Ordered the black drafting chair and it looks really good. Stitching is neat and very clean. Arms well padded and comfortable as well as the seat cushion.
I bought one of these chairs because my wife had to wear a knee immobilizer and could not get into or out of a chair that was not elevated adequately. This was the perfect solution because the elevation range started at the level of her existing chair and went upwards from there. It worked perfectly. The only modification I made was not to use the wheels, but instead use non slip leg caps (1" diameter, cut down in length) and have the chair backed up against a wall for additional stability. It works great and provides an addition level of knee immobility, for faster healing. The seat is a bit firm. Has cloth arm cushions. This chair tends to slide out from under you when mounting it. I do like the height it provides, which was my main reason for purchasing, so it's hard for me to complain about it... but I bought a similar one on this site for about $40 less that I think I like more. Overall I still like it a lot. Sitting positions from the available heights are a lot easier on my hips.
I got this chair from Costway around 3 years ago for my office. I work from home so used it almost everyday. For reference I'm 6' and around 200 lbs.From the start it was always a bit creaky and didn't feel the sturdiest, and over time it completely fell apart.Product failures: ring that holds footrest in adjustment, mesh on armrests, mesh on backrest, frame of back rest completely cracked, one armrest snapped offDefinitely not an everyday chair, keep in mind if considering purchase.
Liked so much that I purchased a second one. The original still looks like new after almost a year. It gets used for a few hours every day and has been durable and comfortable. Recommend for anyone who needs a chair for a higher work surface and likes a foot rest. The lift-up arms are convenient for storage and flexibility while sitting. Lumbar support is nice feature. My only wish is that the arms could also be adjusted up and down.

I received the product it was packaged in a box not super big but medium size. You have to attach all the pieces together and the instructions are fairly simple. I was impressed with the quality of the material and the thoughtfulness of the larger size seat and back. The armrest are angled giving the hips a bit more room which is nice. The foot rest and height up and down are adjustable. Now for the bad stuff. Im 300 pounds with wide hips and rear. I fit the seat with room to spare actually and the seat was sturdy, no concerns about any of that. The problem for me is that the seat part is totally flat. Having large hips and rear that made the lumbar support too low and the angle of my body on the flat chair bottom made me feel like i was sliding out of the chair.
