I’m purchasing this product for the first time , after reading many good reviews about it. Hopefully it will taste good & smell good too. & hope it will be effective & works well with me too. It’s not expansive ay all. Price is really affordable & worth trying.

This is helping me so much with digestion, bloating, cramping, and PMS symptoms. As a woman who feels personally violated by my hormonal cycles (lol). I can personally say that this is a godsend. This apple cider vinegar is very strong and super sour on its own. Shake the vinegar before use. I highly suggest mixing at least 10 oz to 8 oz of water with no more than 1 tablespoon. Enjoy!

It tastes nice, not too strong. The ingredient list is simple and I do consider it of high quality. But I dont really know if it has benefited me in some way. I tried drinking it first thing in the morning ( in a glass of water) but it was not easy on my stomach. I tried it after dinner, the same. I think it will all go to my salads, which is not a bad thing at all because it does taste good!

It's really to early to say if it's working. However, I do have more energy. Cons: I do consider myself to pretty smart with common sense. But manufacturers really should mention on the label to mix with water or juice.!!! I put the tablespoon of this in my mouth. I couldn't get it out of my mouth fast enough!! OMG!! I didn't know.
