Country Life - Coenzyme B-Complex Caps - 240 Vegan Capsules

I have been taking this supplement daily. I honestly haven't noticed anything different. The product claims to improve energy, hair and nail strength, and a few other things. The only change I've noticed in my body is that my pee is neon yellow. I have not changed anything in my diet or water intake to cause this. However, I would not say this has negatively impacted my overall heath at all so I would still recommend this product if you are looking for a b-complex supplement.

I will also say that I had COVID during a good portion of my product testing, so my overall opinion might be different from others. During the testing period, I noticed that I was less tired and wanted to move around and be productive on days that I was consistent with taking these vitamins (when my COVID symptoms began, I was very tired and lethargic). As far as B vitamins go, they seemed to do their job. They do, however, smell and taste as many capsule vitamins do. These B vitamins from country life were great to try out! I am so stoked that they are gluten-free, and can give me a boost on energy! I did find this size of bottle to be a little tricky when it came to the doses, at 2 capsules a day it ends up working out to 15 days of vitamins, this isn’t as economic as some of the other B vitamins I’ve seen on a market. At the end of my 15 day trial I did notice the affects of the vitamins did help me stay focused. The capsules were easy to swallow and not too large. On a stranger note… these capsules did turn my pee their same color, not a bad thing I don’t think but definitely an odd side effect.

I got this from voxbox. It was packaged great. The container is glass which I find great since most are changing to plastic. They recommend 1 to 2 tablets daily, I started out for 2 days taking one to see how I react. I then went to 2 capsule a day, then noticed my pee turning bright yellow, seen that it was just getting rid of the extra b vitamin I didn't need. I really haven't seen any mood changes but do have a tad bit more energy. I will continue using this product to see if it helps me with my depression and if increases energy more.

it's just like any other vitamin. it smells like a hamster cage. and tastes like it too. not really a big fan. I also have been taking it for about a week now and haven't felt or seen any difference. other than popping positive on a UA for my job. thanks to thus vitamin. be warned the enzymes will come up as a false positive on certain tests. I just personally didn't like this vitamin without the whole happening. it was just nothing special.

Vitamin B is known to provide energy and boosting the body's metabolism, this was often said by my gramma who always made sure to have Vitamin B on hand to help with our weight. I did not understand much then. Receiving these caps pushed me to research more. On their website, and I will paraphrase, I found much of the same information my gramma mentioned. It helps with energy, boosts metabolism, helps nervous system, to name s few. After one week I experienced higher energy while at the gym, as well as good rest once I fall asleep, something I've been struggling with lately. I also noticed I am more focused and much calmer. This is a repurchase for me. I can't believe they've been around for 15 years and I had no clue.

I typically use natures bounty or natures made b12/b complex. But this Country Life brand seems a notch above the typical drugstore supplement. I love the tinted glass bottle that prevents any reaction with the sunlight that can affect the products efficacy. I do think it works well and helps to maintain energy levels throughout the day without giving that caffeine crash. I recommend trying this for sure. I am always grateful to Influenster for allowing me the opportunity to try new products like Country Life, because I wouldn’t have discovered this brand otherwise

Good mood booster

I will be updating this review over the next week. Yesterday was my first day taking the supplement and it felt great! I’m not sure if the niacin is what was making me have to use the bathroom so much, but it wasn’t a big issue until I went to sleep. I normally do not wake up in the night, but woke up last night twice to use the bathroom. Up until then, again, I felt really good and enjoyed the feeling.

About two months ago, my husband's dr. recommended he start taking a B-complex vitamin, Alpha lipoic acid and the Omegas for his nerve issue. What caught her attention was that a spot of hair on the back of his calf was gone. My husband thought it was normal due to the hairs rubbing against his pant leg. The dr. said it was not normal.
