Great features, but it’s a little hard to get a good grip sometimes because of the rounded smooth ends. There is a small squared off part just below them, but could be bigger

All the kids are making friendship bracelets and these are perfect for getting the small crimp bead over the knot. It makes the bracelet sturdy and looks more polished.

I've used these types of pliers before in the past, and I must say they work better than the ones I bought last year (2022) while living near the Woodside, NY Michael's Store. I love the fact that I can cut my beading string or beading wire without having to buy a secondary tool to do so. I also like the fact that the handles are ergonomic and can fit comfortably in my hands without being uncomfortable. These pliers are also great for people like me who have hand problems (carpal tunnel from years of computer work) and I don't have to put a lot of tension to use them.
This is a handy multi tool. whether using it with small or large gauge wire, clasps, connecting rings, etc... curl, twist, open, close, curve, wrap, and cut. This is a handy, go to tool, with several uses. recommend.
The wire cutting part doesn't make a clean cut, and you can't cut close to the project. The flat part is sometimes blocked by the round nose part, but it's okay. The round nose part scratches easily. Not a fan, but it's handy and good for beginners I suppose
These seemed like a good multipurpose tool, so I got it. It does not snip wire. It smushed it until it frayed (I was using a 19-strand nylon coated beading wire). It claims to snip wire. I can use them to pick things up, form loops, and smash crimp barrels, so at least it wasn't a total loss. But now I'm back on the site to buy cutters of some kind that will hopefully actually work. I do like the small size of these though, and the colour.
I bought this to open up some jump rings as I planned on making key chains. I learned real quick that I needed two pliers - one to hold and the other to manipulate. However, I just inserted the tip inside and forced the jump ring to open. So it works for the unintended purpose. It was super easy to use to close the jump ring too.
For a beginner beader, easy to use, works well. The only recommendation I might make, and this is not a detriment to the product, is that it is useful to have two pairs of pliers when working with small beading projects, one to hold the project and the other to bend whatever why are you want. That is the only downside of this being a three-in-1 rather than three separate sets of pliers.
This is awesome for beginners (or anyone)! It has the wire cutters, flat part, and the round part that gets thinner at the tip. I use this for everything I make and it’s all together. Easier than having to use 4 different tools, I can use this and one other tool to pull things apart. Otherwise, I can’t use this for everything!
