Crayola 24 Silly Scents Mini Twistables Crayons

I have never had concerns with the durability of Crayola products. The packaging holds up throughout the year and no replacements are needed other than due to loss which is normal for children. There are plenty of variety sets of colors outside of the scented to choose from and there are sales throughout the year. The packaging and material can aid with the longevity and reduce the likelihood of having to replace them. There is also less worry about keeping them sharpened. The scents are more of a gimmick for kids of course and not an essential.

The scents are fun to try out, they dint really transfer to the paper, but if you smell the pencil, it lasts for a long time. The tiered packaging makes it easy to grab the color you want and to put it back. It writes lighter than a crayon would, so some more pressure is needed with these to get the same color intensity. Overall, the scent makes them fun to use.

The silly scent twistables are the product I used to use for everything. The faces on the package and the smell just made it so fun. The variety gave me new fun everytime I picked up a new color. Texture was perfect for any activity. With every active I used them for they sure had to be durable and that's exactly what they were.

Now I’m thinking “oh god is it me? Does she smell it too ? Will she think it’s me? Did her son maybe have an accident?” Sure enough, she smells it too… We realize it’s the scented marker. Now I can’t recall if it was “old shoe” “dirty laundry”, but I’m almost sure it was “old rotting tooth”. It was PUNGENT ! Almost too pungent!! The whole kitchen carried the scent. He was adamant about bringing it to school with him …. Needless to say, marker went in the garbage when he went to bed.

I really like the form that these crayons come in, The shape of them is easy to use for my toddler and I like that the tip is pretty much always going to be the same diameter, Additionally, because of the plastic handle that they are in, they won't break if you use too hard of a grip. I wish I would have just bought the regular, unscented version instead though because they all pretty much smell the same. It's a mix of a bunch of different scents and kind of unrecognizable. Probably because they've all been in the same box for so long.

I love how you can twist these pencils up so that you never have to sharpen them. They last for a long time and work great. The only reason I knocked a star off was the smell. Of course, they are supposed to be scented, but the root beer smells like black licorice, and the coconut smells like a poorly attended nursing home. Great colored pencils, but, like all scented markers and stuff like it, the smells are a bit off. It’s not strong enough to actually change the coloring experience, thankfully, and they happened to be cheaper than the unscented ones when I got them.

My kid loves these scented markers. They come in a variety of colors with interesting scents. Some of them have silly names such as "Fluffernutter", which is a light brown marker that actually smells like nuts! The blueberry smoothie s'mores scented markers truly smell like their name. These scented markers are not overpowering you really have to sniff the marker to get a whiff of its aroma. The colors are absolutely vibrant! I definitely recommend this product.

My sister bought these Crayola Silly Scents Twistables Colored Pencils for my 3 daughters and the kids loved coloring with these crayons so much. My almost 3 year old twins always break the traditional crayons in tiny pieces and throw them everywhere around the house. It’s so messy and such a hassle to clean up. These twistable save you from that problem. The kids can only twist to get more crayons but cannot break them. They are pencils crayons so the size is mimicking pencils which is perfect for them to hold and color or draw. The scents are so sweet that they smell like fruits :). We love them at our house.

Crayola Twistables have always been a favorite of mine. Growing up and using them as a child, as well as being a parent now and letting my daughter use them! Nothing beats not having to worry about sharpening a pencil/colored pencil, especially when you're traveling and these have been so amazing while traveling. Even while at home, she sits at the table and colors away, easily able to twist them up herself even a young age. The colors they have are so versatile! Great for little hands as well I think! They color so smoothly and is does suck not having a super sharp tip if you're an adult coloring but for kids, it doesn't matter and they love it!

[Rewarded Review] Fun and Vibrant

Purchased as a gift for young artist and they love them. The fun begins as soon as you pull them out of the box to give them a whiff. No sharpening required and to this point I’ve noticed the crayon itself is pretty resilient to breakage. Was also pleased with the vibrant colors they produced on plain sketch paper. The only con I can think of is that they don’t have the scents printed on the crayon itself. Not a huge drawback but something of note. Overall a great product and would recommend.
