I'm a former art teacher and preschool teacher, current mom. This is definitely the best colored construction paper out there! It has a great weight, texture, and sturdiness. Way too many construction papers are floppy and weak and don't withstand a toddler's marker scribbles. This stuff is great and I've even able to put it through my printer before. I won't buy another brand again (unless I'm in a pinch, in which case I'll just be sad and suck it up).

My early childhood students and I use the markers. The markers run out of color quickly. I am so disappointed in the lack of color Crayola markers have for my classroom youngsters.

I bought these for my class of kindergarten students. I loved that the pack came with extra clear lids! It was so helpful considering 5-year-olds can often misplace a lid, then ruining the marker. Those extra lids really helped this pack last through the school year, with a few extras for next year. Since these markers are Crayola, they are obviously the best quality on the market. This pack provides 16 colors, which is more than if each child just bought their own individual pack. I would highly recommend for any educational or creative setting.

These markers have a great tip for making various line weights. They have some shortcomings compared to alchoholic markers (smudging, color is not quite as rich) but it's hard to complain at this price. These are also not as hard on the wrists as other cone tipped markers such as Chartpak.Great for gesture drawing, caricature, quick sketches. I love that I can buy a bunch of one color on here.
Awesome to be able to buy just the colors that were used up in my box at a very reasonable price. Discovered that these are great for sketching. One online teacher showed how to use a light color like yellow to directly sketch a portrait on the paper without a pencil sketch first. The light color sketch lets you correct later with a darker color. Used watercolor paper which allows the markers to reactivate with a wet brush for lifting or blending style watercolor effects.
I really like these markers for my elementary art students. They have nice color and they seem last longer than other brands. I also like the different shades and tones of colors. My only problem with them is the two orange colors are very similar.
I make a living drawing caricatures of guests at events with these markers. They are simply the best. The only drawback to the water based ink is that it smears if it gets wet. The advantages are no toxicity and color fastness. I have drawings from when I first started using these in the late 90s that have not faded to the naked eye at all. They are also inexpensive. I hope whoever designed these was handsomely rewarded.
I use these graphite sticks to build up a little graphite area to rub with a stump. A big stick like this will last a couple of years before I lose it, so the cost is inconsequential. #sweepstakes
I like pairing these additional colors with the classics. I use these for activities with my Girl Scouts. They love drawing with markers. The caps are a little hard to get off and back on so I am concerned they won't last as long if the caps aren't secured. I'd be interested in a range of neutral colors too. And would love a broad pallet of colors like those made for adults but made durable for use with kids.
I love this Crayola Broadline Marker Classpack. I have a child who blows through a ten pack of markers In just a few days. We end up with partial sets because she favors certain colors more than others. With this classpack, I can replace the ones she uses most without having to open new boxes. While I’ll still have some of the less used colors on hand, I don’t have to look at partial marker boxes. This soothes my OCD tendencies and gives her the colors she wants the most. And the price was hard to beat. The same product was a lot pricier with other retailers. Way to go Staples!
