Crayola Colouring Pencils Colours of The World Set of 24

The crayons arrived with no breakage and bents. However, there were scratches from the paper on each sides of the crayons (probably from the distributor, not from the seller) but it's really not that bothering. The package was securely packed from the outside with thick bubble wrap, which is commendable because it prevented the cartons on the inside to be damaged. I also love the fact that they value their customers by simply putting a thank you note for your purchases. Thank you for handling my orders with love 🫶🏻

As a first grade student teacher, I absolutely loved having these crayons available for my students. It makes me very happy that there are crayons that represent a variety of skin tone colors so that my students feel represented in their drawings and stories. The packaging is very compact and small, making it great to fit into students' desks. The crayons last a long time and are very durable for the price. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend these!

I understand why these color crayons were made.. I can’t understand that they are sold in a completely separate box with as many shades as their are foundations! I think these shouldn’t really be presented towards kids, but rather older children, and I’m sure they would prefer colored pencils…(I haven’t seen these in colored pencils yet, but I would buy them in a heart beat for my 12yz old son) My 3 year old doesn’t care what color she colors the people she’s drawing. Everyone is either purple, pink, blue, black, brown, yellow, green and red. I like the crayons (for my and my sons use)… I will not however let my daughter use these until she’s older and needs to know about why people are different colors, I am happy to let her think we’re all the same, but just ... MoreI understand why these color crayons were made.. I like the new crayons because it helps to add to the pictures that you or your child may want to color. There are 24 crayons that give you or your child more than one option to pick from. I like that it gives more realistic skin tone colors, that are colors are able to blend and are buildable. The packaging is adorable with pictures of cartoon children of many different complexions. I like that these crayons are nontoxic and safe for children, I do wish that there were 2 to 3 more options for children that have a very dark complexion to feel represented in this box. Overall I love the fact that crayola has made more colors for children to color more realistic pictures that look like them. 😊

Good idea, poorly executed

I love the idea of sharing the variety of human skin tones. It's beautiful and inclusiveBUTNegative review for packaging. It may have seemed like a practical choice putting half the colors on one side and half on the other. On the other hand, it reinforces a binary light/dark idea that could implant the seeds of black/white racism. Consider adding diversity to your package design team - this issue would have stood out immediately

These crayons have to be the blandest pallet of colors I have ever seen. I understand the concept however, I don’t think it’s of any use to buy this box unless your child is really into this spectrum of color. Mine were / are not. They are nice to hold and the colors are smooth but that is about all they liked about them. Very unappealing colors.To me, this box is about as useful as buying something that you need for one day, and then never using it again.No one really wanted to try them because other than coloring people, they didn’t really feel like there was any need for these crayons when they had an entire box, ( and or boxes ) of the whole spectrum of colors.I think Crayola should just stick to their original idea of many colors of crayons and many shades ... MoreThese crayons have to be the blandest pallet of colors I have ever seen. It's been 65 years since my 1st coloring experience with Crayola Crayons.In the days of my youth, (1950's) children thought coloring the skin on the people in our coloring books, using any of the primary and secondary colors at our disposal, was perfectly acceptable.To see a person with one green leg,1 yellow leg, purple arms and a bright blue face on the finished page, simply meant that we were using our imaginations.By the time my sons were born in the 1970's & 80's, there was a huge increase in the variety of skin color choices.
