Nothing to do with 3D printing Canada at all . But the pkg said ender 5 plus thermistor. The length of the cable is way to short for this machine. Prob would fit Ender 5 pro but the Plus.Otherwise GREAT customer service

So far, I really like my Ender 5 Plus. The auto-leveling made it easy enough for me to set up and print within the first day. I have no complaints about the product thus far. Some better cable management would have been great, however it led me to design and print some customised components to manage this better.

Very straight forward replacment part. Dose exactly what’s needed although price is a bit steep. If you have the crimping gear to add the clip yourself you could get a few on amazon for the same price

I see all these good reviews. I don't understand mine is the worst it messes up at least every 5 out of 6 prints starts off perfect stops almost at the end waste of time and filament. This machine is one big waste of money zero customer support . I have watched very youtube video that's out there. Stay away from this machine
I have had my Creality Ender 5 Plus for a little over 2 weeks now. I can say with absolute certainty that, even as an Engineer by degrees, I got myself in over my head. The manuals leave much to be desired other than very basic assembly instructions, even omitting certain connectors. I had to research hours on forums to figure out that I had to make careful adjustments on each of the carriages to fix major skew issues on two axes. I originally wanted the E5Plus for its build size, but actually, many of the files I have tried to print have worked better in pieces, so I could have bought a less cumbersome printer and been fine. That all said, I do believe my prints to be good quality now that I have resolved hopefully most of the aforementioned issues. I am also impressed none of my mistaked irreparably destroyed the printer, so kudos there. All said, I would give this printer a 4/5, based on my experience with it. I think troubleshooting will only get easier as the printer ages and more people discuss their peculiar issues out in the open.
I was pleasantly surprised how well this printer prints. It prints fast, smooth and quite. I had to tweek my Cura settings to get the most out of the printer. I did convert it to a direct drive system before using. I use an overhead rack and let the machine pull filament down to it. Life is too short for bowden tubes. Cheep conversion kits are available. Prints well with a 0.6 nozzle at 100mms. Most 3d printers do not work perfectly out of the box and this printer was no exception. The BL touch was loose and just needed to be tightened before it worked properly. Also one of the stepper motors made a chirping noise for a few days before it
Nice printer for the money - was accurate out of the box. Easy to assemble, and configure. Easy to mod to make it even better. Only thing is that the bed takes a long time to get past 100C, because of it's size. Was able to get the accuracy down to .02 -/+, and with the auto bed leveling, first layer is laid down correctly.
Didn't come with the correct pin for the hitch and missing the D ring to use the safety strap. The biggest design flaw is the axle/mount system. Even with the nuts loose enough to allow the tire to turn, the wheel wanders side to side and when it does, the spokes contact the brackets. I added thin washers to the inside to clear the spokes. There are washers welded there but need to be a tad thicker to allow clearance. Once these issues are addressed the trailer is fine.
This printer is great start. Out the gate it produces great small prints with an imported CHEP profile but you will want to add some bed stiffeners ASAP! as any prints taking up the entire bed will create a rippled effect the further away you get from the bed rails. The best upgrade for this is dual z and a bltouch. Creality has firmware right on their website Don't forget to switch the psu to 110v in the states! It's just a switch on the back of the box. You'll have all kinds of issues, if it even works at all, if you don't change this. Luckily for us if we get the switch wrong it doesn't go POP! like it does in the rest of the world if they left it switched 110. After some tweaks and upgrades this is by far the best printer I own now.
Im going with this Revue as second-hand machine; it is a nice machine with good access to parts quiet cleaning good time of printing and quality prints it's okay Im not looking for quality prints, what use the machine for hydroponics parts pla and petg is king the reason bought the machine it Lange volume of its workspace overall nice
